Complete overhauling of HFO pumps including replacement of worn out spares, mechanical seal, bearing, assembling and conducting trial run including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Complete overhauling of HSD/LDO pump at FOPH including replacement of worn out spares, mechanical seal, bearing, assembling and conducting trial run including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Cleaning drain oil storage tank including removal of solidified oil transferring to the storage tank, through cleaning and refixing the top cover and commissioning including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Overhauling of vertical extended shaft pump, including replacement of worn out spares, reconditioning of head shaft, reconditioning of pump casing, Impeller dynamic balancing, Assembling & re-erection of pump in the sump and conducting trial run including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Overhauling of single stage horizontal centrifugal pump including T&P’s and consumables.

Overhauling of various size HFO & LDO valves including dismantling, cleaning, replacement of worn out spares, seating of gate with valve, assembling of valves 65 NB to 100NB Gate valve/ NRV including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Complete overhauling of HFO/HSD/LDO pump in Lorry unloading pump house including dismantling, replacement of worn out spares, bearing, ‘O’ ring, cleaning, freeness checking, assembling and conducting trial run including cost of ‘O’ ring (Required spares will be supplied by TANGEDCO) including cost of consumables and T&P’s. (Contractor scope Bearing 22206).
