Following works will be carried out for the completion of construction work of 132 KV Mirzapuri-Chunar DC line.

Details survey and profiling between loc No. 69/0 TO 69/2, the job includes the work of peg marking of location in route length, preparation of tower schedule and plotting of towers, sag curve on good quality tracing paper.

De-stringing of 6 x 0.7 Km. ACSR panther conductor from the towers between location No. 69-0 TO 69/2. The job includes the work of de-hoisting of conductor, taking out suspension and tension fitting with insulator from the towers, opening of vibration dampers, PA rods and jumpers from the conductor and their shifting to the central store sahupuri after making role of conductors.

De-stringing of 7/10 SWG ground wire from the towers between location No.69/0 to 69/2 . The job includes the work of de-hoisting of ground wire, opening of earthwire suspension clamps from the towers .Making role of the earthwire and their shifting to the central store sahupuri with all accessories.

Dismantling of tower from Loc No. 69/1 by way of breaking tack welding and safely removal of latticed, its shifting to the central store sahupuri and its proper stacking after weighting of structure at dharamkanta.

Check Survey and final peg marking between Loc No. 69/0 to 69/2 route length.

Cost of excavation of 132 KV Tower and gantry foundation pits including all earth work, back filling and leveling etc.

Setting of stub including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting and excavation.

Cost of Concreting for all types of 132 KV DC towers and gantry including cost of all material, dewatering shoring and shuttering, curing etc R.C.C. 1:2:4

Cost of reinforcement of steel bars in R.C.C. foundation including cutting and bending etc.

Erection of super structure of 132 KV DA+DB+DC type tower and gantry including all work above ground level, fitting of danger plate, number plate, phase plate, bird guard etc including shifting of tower parts and accessories from store to site.

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section or 5 meter whichever is more of tower as per technical specification.

Laying striging, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc ACSR Panther Conductor including hoisting of insulators, fittings of all necessary hardweres and all accessories on all six phase of 132KV D.C. line including shifting of all these materials from store to site.

Laying striging, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc of 7/10 SWG ground wire including fittings of all necessary hardweres and accessories and shifting of these materials from store to site.

Earthing of towers including earth work for pipe type grounding including cost of all materials.
