Deep Drilling, Development and Stabilization of 200 mm dia mini Tube wells (on EPC Mode) By ODEX Method at Mahamaya Wellness Park Jammu

Setting up of drilling site by way of shifting of requisite machinery and other allied material after making proper approaches as per the requirement at site.

Boring/ drilling of 200 mm dia. bore well 150 M BGL or till sufficient aquifer Zone/discharge is encountered by using ODEX Method of drilling and simultaneously driving of 200 mm dia. ERW Casing Pipe after providing and fixing of MS Casing Drive Shoe and providing/fixing of casing drive shoe with Ist. 200 mm dia. ERW M.S. Casing Pipe. Complete as per IS:2800 (Part-I)including collecting of samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/bore log including hire and running charges of all equipment, tools, plants and machinery required for the job. (ERW MS Casing Pipe shall be paid separately).

Supplying, assembly (including welding)n, lowering and fixing in vertical position in the bore well. ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 Mild Steel Bevelled ended 200 mm dia. Casing Pipes conforming to IS: 4270 of reputed and approved make including painted with outside surface with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture including required hire and labour charges, fitting and accessories, all complete for all depths. The cost includes transportation, loading, unloading and stacking/handling at site. Complete Job.

Development of Tube Well in accordance with IS:2800 (Part-I) and IS: 11189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit) with required capacity air compressor for required time till the Tube Well is fully developed measuring yield of well by “V” Notch method or any other approved method, measuring static water level & draw down etc. By step draw down method, collecting water sample and testing from approved laboratory including disinfection of Tube Well . Complete including required hire and labour charges of air compressor, tools and accessories etc.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of electro-mechanical works for installation of submersible pump set along with allied works.. Providing/fitting of G.I. Pipe 50 mm dia (Medium Class) 80.00 M to 120.00 M. Then cutting of G.I/ pipes of 6.00 M length in 03.00 M each. Then providing and fabrication of M.S. Flanges and welding the same on both sides of G.I. Pipes in proper alignment. Complete job including cost of G.I. Pipe, MS Flanges and other miscellaneous items and cost of carriage /transportation of material from workshop to the site of work. Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set of parameters 150-200 LPM at a head of 90 M to 125 M of reputed make conforming to IS Code: 8034. The job includes carriage of material to the site of work and lowering of submersible pump set in to the bore hole by way of coupling of flanged G.I. Riser Pipes with fixtures such as nuts, bolts & washers up to a depth of 80.00 M to 120.00 M (Approx.) and making of electrical connections with starter panel. Fabrication of well cap, tie rod along with G.I. bend, elbow for delivery of water. Providing, fitting and installation of three phase submersible starter controller capable of protection of current related faults up to 20 Ampere and voltage related faults in sheet enclosure type of reputed make including fabrication of steel enclosure outdoor electrical cabinets with canopy for motor starter. Providing and laying of 04.00 sq. mm 3 Core submersible cable 160.00 M to 250.00 M & also providing and fitting of 3.5 -Core PVC insulated armored aluminum cable 25.00 sq. mm- 40.00 M to 60.00 M (Approx.) as service line required from LT Pole to starter panel of reputed make. Making of electrical connections with the starter panel , service line and submersible pump set after properly thimbling and testing and commissioning thereof. The job includes loading, unloading, shifting by Mechanical transport, labour and material charges.Complete Job.
