Part-I:- Obtaining amendment for Environment Clearance, Scope of Work includes :- a. Online registration of the project to the MoEF & CC portal – “Parivesh”. b. Obtaining necessary data and preparing required reports after conducting necessary studies / survey etc. c. Preparation of Application form 1 & 1A with necessary documents and online uploading application for approval of Term of Reference (ToR) d. Presentation before State Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC), Maharashtra, Central CPCB as required for approval of amendment. e. Obtaining Environmental Clearance.

Part-II:- Conducting the EIA study and obtaining approval, Scope of Work includes: a. Conducting the EIA study as per approved ToR along with all studies required for appraisal of SEAC. b. Presentation before Central /State Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) / Central CPCB & Central level / State level Environmental impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA). Maharashtra. c. Submission of EIA report along with requisite documents for appraisal and obtaining necessary approval.

Part-III:- Consent to Establish from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB), Scope of Work includes:- Preparation / Submission of required application and Obtaining necessary clearance
