Applying acrylic cementicious polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing & protective coating like brush bond of fosroc or pidifin 2K(Pidilte) on floors and walls as per manufacture instruction over and including 15mm thick rendering on fair face of concrete surface in CM 1:4 in sunken portion (sides and floors) mixed with water proofing liquid and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregrate) as in floor finishing and making cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for forming construction/ dummy joints 65mm deepx10mm wide fillied with Grade B sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Identify the cracks and construction joints, honeycomb areas in slabs/ beams/ columns, shall be chased open into 'U' groove shape and sealed with High strength, fiber based cementitious mortar, Fosroc Renderoc SP40. Providing and fixing 6-8mm dia nozzle along the joints and honeycomb areas after proper surface preparation. The injection of conbextra EP10 through the nozzle till the refusal of the grouting materials.

M&L for concrete surface should be thoroughly abraded to remove all loose dust, dirt, laitance. Any trace of loose plaster, oil grease and any other material that might affect adhesion is to be removed by grinding/ wire brushing the surface. The entire surface shall then be washed thoroughly with plenty of water and then allowed to dry. All the dust, dirt, loose particles etc shall be removed.

M&L for Cleaning as directed & specified all rust/ scales/ corrosion from reinforcement bars using rust remover Reebaklens RR- Rust remover, cleaning and etching agent or equivalent, having Specific Gravity 1.16 - 1.22 @ 25°C. Reebaklens RR cleaning agent is a combination of acid based material, corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents and is supplied as a clear green solution. Application of Reebaklens RR with brush for complete wetting of rusted metal surface and allowed to react it for 16-24 hours followed by cleaning the surface with wire brush and washing surface with fresh water as required to exposed reinforcement bars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing & applying inhibition coats/ system to exposed reinforcement bars after drying & also new bars after cleaning & removing scales and rust completely as specified. Nitozinc Primer Std- Two component epoxy zincrich primer or equivalent supplied in 1 and 5 Litre pack, two component system based on metallic zinc and epoxy resin which on mixing gives a grey coloured liquid. An Anti corrosive coat contents Active 'Zinc-rich' system which combats corrosion by electro chemical means. The zinch rich primer shall have specific gravity of 1.75, Solid content- 60 %, 40 microns DFT, Fully dry/ Recoatable- 45 minutes to 1 hour shall be applied at 40 microns dry film thickness and shall have salt spray resistance of <5 mg for 96 hours as per ASTM B-117 and adhesive bond strength > 1.5 MPa as per ASTM D4541. Typical application includes surface preparations by cleaning steel surface to a bright condition paying particular attention to the back of exposed steel bars, mixed two components slow speed heavy duty drill fitted with a paddle, applying unbroken coat with suitable brush and allow to dry, after 30 mins apply second coat to ensure complete cover to exposed steel/ rebar etc complete.

M&L for Providing and applying bond coat on the prepared surface to receive polymer modified mortar/polymer modified micro concrete, with two component epoxy based bonding coat Nitobond EP Standard- Epoxy resin concrete bonding agent or equivalent supplied in 4 Litre packs, having specific gravity 1.15 to 1.2 gm/cc, Compressive strength (BS 6319 Pt.2)- 50 Mpa at 7 days, Flexural strength strength (BS 6319 Pt.3)- 35 Mpa at 7 days, Tensile strength (BS 6319 Pt.7)- 20 Mpa at 7 days, Shear Strength (BS 6319 Pt.4)- 10 Mpa at 7 days, having an over lay time of 6 hrs and 30 ̊C, High bond strenght High bond strength : Bond strength is more than the tensile strength of good quality concrete, Barrier coat : Acts as a ‘barrier coat’ to the migration of chloride ions from host concrete. Laying of reinstatement polymer modified mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. The bond coat act as a bonding coat between old and new concrete. Typical application includes cleaning all loose dust, dirt, grease from host concrete surface by suitable means, mixing both components of bond coat by heavy duty slow speed mixer until a uniform consistency, apply unbroken coat of Nitobond EP with stiff brush covering complete area of patch repair before placing mortar or micro concrete. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying Renderoc HS Xtra or equivalent - shrinkage controlled polymer modified single component, alkaline resistant fibre reinforced, thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar supplied in 25 kg moisture resistant bag when mixed with clean water at w:p ratio 0.18, achieves compressive strength (BS 1881 Pt.116) -> 20 Mpa at 1 day & > 45 Mpa at 28 days, Tensile Strength(BS 6319 Pt.7) > 2.5 Mpa at 28 Days, Flexural Strength (BS 6319 Pt.3)>7 Mpa at 28 days, Drying shrinkage to ASTM C 157-93, 28 days < 1000 microstrain. Typical application inclues mixing entire bag with clean water about 4.25L to 4.5 L, mixed in suitable container with heavy duty slow speed mixer machine to achieve uniform lump free mortar consistency, placing and finishing the same with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface on the beams, slabs, piles etc., where the thickness of application is less than 50mm in patches as per specification after applying bonding coat. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge. HSE Guidelines : Recommended to wear tight-fitting, dust-resistant, chemical splash goggles and mask if airborne dust is generated, Wear protective gloves. Wear appropriate clothing to prevent any possibility of skin contact.

M&L for Providing and applying of single component aliphatic acrylate protective coating for concrete structures, Dekguard S or equivalent in 2 coats using suitable brush or roller on the Entire concrete surface to provide UV resistant properties & to protect concrete surface from attack by carbon di oxide, chloride ions, sulphates & water.

M&L for cutting/ making grooves/ opening to existing tile/ kota stones joints including cleaning the joints completely using high pressure air blower and providing & applying Nitotile EPW or equivalent hygienic, stain-resistant, with a high degree of resistance to chemical attack, abrasion and impact. Nitotile EPW is a grouting material of highest quality that provides aesthetic effect and durability, it perfectly prevents stains, spillage chemical attack to filled joints of tiles & stones (size of joints -2/3/4mm width x thickness of tiles). Compressive strength (ASTM 579)> 75 N/mm2 (7 days),Shrinkage % (ASTM D 955) < 0.1%,Tensile strength (BS 6319) >10 N/mm2 (7 days), Pot life @ 27oC 45 mins. Maximum & Light Foot traffic 24 hrs.

M&L for water proofing on roof/parapert with the following steps:- Step I : SurfacePreparation All loose and de-bonded concrete/ screed, loose particles, dirt & should be removed. Roof substrate must be pressure-washed with water with, a minimum working pressure of 1,400 psi is to be used to and/ or remove all dirt, dust, chalking and waster products.Remove algae,mold by using bleach solution or biowash. Step II : Surface Repair Concrete roof screed more than 0.50mm and not giving hollow sound, should be cut and widenin V shape with mechanical cutter in the size (10mm W x 6mm D). Apply a coat of (Dr. Fixit Pidiprime A/ Equivalent make) on the well-prepared groove; allow the coat to dry for 30 minutes before application of (Dr.Fixit PU/ equivalent) seal and withsuitable gun. Allow sealant to cure a minimum 72 hours. Step III : ScreedRepair Remove loose and damaged concrete roof screed in pockets with mechanical cutter. Clean the concrete screed with high pressure water jetto remove dirt and loose particles.Brush apply abondcoat of (Dr.Fixit Pidicrete URP mix/ equivalent) in the ratio of 1:1 (URP 1: Cement 1) by volume to makeit lump free slurry when applied on in the pre wet surface. Laid to fall roofscreed in correct slope and gradient. Mix Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 10%/ equivalent by weight of cement in (M20) concrete in ratio of 1:1.5:3 i.e., one bag of 50kg cements : 1.5 times volume of sand : 3 times volume of aggregates : 25L water. Level the repair mortar and finish with trowel. Moist cure should bedone for 7days. Air cure screed for 7days, before application of roof topcoatcoatingsystem Step IV : Rain water outlets treatment Hacking and chipping the surface around the rainwater drain outlet up to 25mm in depth. Apply bond coat of Dr.Fixit PidicreteURP/ equivalent in the ratio of1:1 (URP 1: Cement 1) by volume over the corners and pipe insert outlet gaps. Filling the gaps around drain mouth with (PMM) polymer modified mortarmixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 10%/ equivalent by weight of cement in the ratio of 1:3. Providing & fixing 100mm width 45gsm glass fiber mesh all around the periphery of drain mouth of rainwater outlet sandwiched with Dr. Fixit Roof seal Classic/ equivalent. Apply the second coat of Dr.Fixit Roof seal Classic/ equivalent with an interval if 5-6 hoursall over the rain wate routlet.

Vertical up stand Providing 100mm x 100mm Square/ rectangle upstand of M20 grade concrete or with PMM around mechanical equipment like HVAC, air-conditioning, solarpanels. Etc. Apply aself-priming coat of Dr.Fixit Roof seal Classic/ equivalent and two coats reinforced with 45 Gsm glass fiber mesh without dilution in the interval of 4 -6 hrs. Apply Dr. Fixit PU Sealant/ equivalent at around thejunction of fabricated stand inserted and wall mounting mechanical fixtures. Step V : Waterproofing: Apply a coat of Dr.Fixit Roof seal Classic/ equivalent (diluted with water in the ratio 2:1) as Self Priming 9.0 – 10.0 Sq.mt/ liter. Allow coating to dry for 3-4 hours. Apply two coats of Dr.Fixit Roof seal Classic/ equivalent and two coats reinforced with 45 Gsm glass fiber mesh @ 2.0 - 2.2 Sq.mt/ liter/ coat, without water dilution, the rate of application being the same for both the coats. This would ensure correct consumption of material that will deliver a total DFT of 450– 500 microns. Allow the system to air cure for 5 days minimum. Check to see no void surface is left untreated/ uncoated. The material having following technical Specification as per ASTM D 6083 M - Type II, Attains a Tensile Strength of 2.5 N/mm 2 confirming to ASTM D2370; Elongation at break ≥ 300% confirming ASTM D 2370, Adhesion to Concrete 2.0N/mm2 confirming ASTMD4541 and Crack bridging ability upto 2mm, Air cure the coating for 7days, before water pound test for 48hrs. For vertical surfaces : Apply a 2 coat of Dr.Fixit Roof seal Classic/ equivalent with forced coverage of 3.3 - 3.7 Sqm/ liter/ Coat. Entire terrace should be coated with Roofseal Classic/ equivalent along with parapet walls needs to be enveloped with Roof seal Classic/ Raincoat/ equivalentsystem. Note:- Coating should be terminated below the drip mould on the verticalsurface.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debrish and rubbish of the premises and stacking serviceable tiles.

(Note:- (i) painting will be done by brush/ spray/ roller of building upto the height G+2 or 3 complete all as specified and directed. by Engr -in-Charge). (ii) Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site.

Supply & providing water proofing roof treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, having 10 years gurantee for water tightness complete all as specified and described as under:- (a) Preparation of RCC roof surface and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2Kg/Sqm over a coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg/sqm including cleaning surface all as per manufaturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. (b) Supply & providing water proofing with 3mm thick APP polymeric proofing membran of 3Kg/Sqm consisting of 100micron HMHDPE film centre core including coating the surface with compatible primer and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlaps as required thereof, complete all as specified and directed. Aluminium bituminous paint @1.10 Kg/Sqm shall be applied over the APP membrane surface. Note:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed on concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approachs, dado/ Partitions etc complete all as specified and directed

Dimantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated ted, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges etc complete all as specified and directed.
