Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering including ridges and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for reuse in the work complete as directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness including cover fillets/snap grid ceiling frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated aluminium Anodised snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm frame work for ceiling with aluminium tee section of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm thick and aluminium angle section of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm thick, for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long including 4 mm thick non asbestor E-board, HSPC, designer, pre-primed, self exposed, textured, water resistant, termite resistant, fire resistant for insulation board fixed to frame complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified, designed, dark shade/double charged/ ultracharged coloured, tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors, etc and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which is to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tape is to removed after filling the epoxy grout including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 3 mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 24 mm outer dia, stainless steel, curtain rail/rod, heavy duty, minimum 1mm wall thick including brackets, side holder and rings etc fixed to /wall etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Stainless steel decorative finials and stainless steel brackets shall be provided for each leangth of curtain rail/rod and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit quoated rate. (ii) Length of of curtain rail/rod shall only be measured for payments)
