Removal , lifting, Carrying including loading and unloading of existing pipes from Pipe Rack with proper placing, staging from the work site to temporary store yard at a distance less than 1.0 K.M. as directed by DNP Ltd.( Total pipes approx. 350 numbers out of which 90% pipes are 16 Inch OD X 12 Meter length)

Removal & Dismentaling of Existing pipe rack, suppots, P.C.C., R.C.C. Footings etc by used of machines including gas cutting etc. , removal of the debris away from the work-site as and making all arrangement for making road/site worthy for lifting/transforming the pipes.

Cutting, uprooting of tree and removing from the site, cleaning, back filling, dressing leveling with loose earth from the vicinity as directed.

Re-Staging, Carrying including loading and unloading of pipes from temporary store yard to work site after 45days from competion of Construction of R.C.C. Pipe rack as directed by DNP Ltd.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.All kinds of soil.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and laying in positon cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shutttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All works up to plinth level:1:1:2 ( 1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) 400 mm dia piles

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc, and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc, and removal of form for:Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc, and removal of form for:Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete.Brick on flat soling.
