Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. earth work in all type of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work kankar,moorum singles including decomposed soft and hard rock etc. upto all heights stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths and sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth upto all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer in charge complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 Cement :3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth:

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in.

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects..

Walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10meter thickness including attached pilasters,buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundationlevel upto floor two level including all leads and lifts etc.complete in all respects

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:11/2 :3 ( 1cement: 1 1/2 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Foundation and plinth.

Walls(any thickness but ot less than 0.1 mtr thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in :-Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand) Second Class Bricks

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level. (SECOND CLASS BRICKS) in Cement mortar 1:3

Fixing fencing panel of size 1.20x1.80m with M.S mesh of 25x25mm welded to GMS tube 65 to 50 mm dia with M.S flat cover 20x5 mm including holdfast made of M.S flat 32x5mm including cutting welding complete in all respect .(Dismantled pipe for fencing post shell be provided by department )(weight exceeded 5kg and not exceeding 8kg per sqm. Meter including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. (ii) Cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 sand)

Finishing wall with water proof cement

Painting two costs (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters :-- other than white .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. in all leads and lifts and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plaiin concrete work as per directions and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge at site of work. in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness )partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and like including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects.

Steel work welded in built up section,trusses and framed work i/c.in beam joist channals ,angle tees ,flats with connection plates or angle cleets including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including cost of binding wires and carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-charge. :-

Gravel screened, washed and graded from 3 mm to 6 mm

Fine sand screened, cleaned, washed and graded from 0.5 mm to 0.75 mm

Providing and fixing of PVC pipe of 150 mm dia including tube fittings & commissiong testing at site (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) including all carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts complete in all respects.
