Supply and laying of un-reinforced prcast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x40mm complete all as specified and directed

Taking down burnt bricks / PCC covers of any size and relaying the same after laying of cable all as directed and specified.

M/L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of pole complete including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable HT cable of any size and description all as directed and specified.

Relaying only the serviceble cable of any size and description obtained from item No 12 above after jointing, etc all as directed. (Note:- (i)Old cable as retrived from respective item herein before in good condition shall be used) (ii) Excavation and eart work, cable cover for protection,and sandcushioning shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 80mm dia,for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid in trenches, under floors/plinths/roads/paths etc or fixed on walls (concealed or exposed) including necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire amoured electric aluminium conductor, power cable ( Heavy Duty) 11000 volts (earthed) grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core including disconnecting and removing old unserviceable cable and bricks complete all as directed. (Note:-Excavation and eart work, cable cover for protection,and sandcushioning shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.)

Ditto all as per Serial item no. 15 above but for 22000 V of size 3 core 95 sqmm

M & L for cable jointing kit for HT, 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Outdoor, Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for95 Sqmm 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per Serial item no. 17 above but for 22000 V of size 3 core 95 sqmm

M & L for cable jointing kit for HT, 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Straight through joint, Heat shrink, complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 Sqmm 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per Serial item no. 21 above but for 22000 V of size 3 core 95 sqmm

M&L for cable route indicator made out of MS angle iron of size 25x25x5mm thick embded 600mm below GL, & 450mm above GL, for"HT CABLE" route marking embossed on cast iron circular plate 300mm dia 5mm thick with anticorrosive black paint including grouting in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 block concrete of size 20x20x20cm including necessary Excavation & earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the transformer indoor/ out door from HT (22/11 KV) / LT(440 volt) side at site & dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover with conservator tank, neutral earth strip and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspection of core, supply and replacing 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and reassembling the complete dismantled items, reconnecting the HT/ LT supply cable ends at the site for the following transformers complete all as directed by Engineer incharge. a) Transformer capacity 100KVA to 250 KVA

b) Transformer capacity 300KVA to 500 KVA

c) Transformer capacity 500KVA to1000 KVA

Filteration of transformer oil of transformer installed at various locations as out door/in door transformer to achieve electric strength of 40 KV for 1 minute at 4mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filteration plant, testing of oil for di electric strength before and after filteration shall be conducted all as directed by the Engineer in Charge Note : Test results after filteration shall be produced on completion.

Supply and topping up new transformer oil into the conservator tank/body tank of the transformer at various location complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Make : Power Oil or its equivalent) Note : The transformer oil for topping up shall be with di-electric strength of 40KV

M&L for rewinding of HT /LT windings of transformer of capacity 200 KVA, winding the defective coils with approved quality copper wire as per IS of same gauge and existing size together with new insulation materials, bracings the terminals before placing into the tranformer and assembling the HT / LT coil with new insulation between core and LT coil all as required and fitting the coils in the chamber, testing and commisioning the transformer after providing necessary connections complete including transportation to workshop all as specified & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for replacing silica gel breather for the following sizes of transformers:- (a) 100 to 250 KVA

(b) 300 to 500 KVA

(c) above 500 KVA up to 1000 KVA

M&L for shifting of transformer of any capacity from one site location to another Location complete all as directed by Engineer in Chagre and placing in position and making all conections including removing and depositing the old transformer to store yard carefully and properly testing and commisioning transformer all as directed .

Taking out old unserviceable defective HT bushings from transformers and M&L for, new porcelain bushing with brass stud, nuts and washers, connecting to the winding testing and commissioning the transformer of capacity 100 to 250 KVA complete all as directed

Ditto all as per Serial item no. 34 above but but HT bush for 300 to 500 KVA

Supply and fix in replacement drop out fuse unit expulsion type for out door air break gang operated switch, single pole, mounted on and including insulators for 11 KV working pressure, fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc, synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line taps and suitable for current carrying capacity upto 25-50 Amps and connected with suitable size of ACSR condutor as jumper betwen GOD and DO fuse, with 11 KV HT PVC sleeve, with all fittings/accessories etc, including taking down of old only 3 fuses complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling U/S HT steel tubular / PCC poles and Supply and erect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 11.0 mtrs long all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Excavation , PCC will be measured and paid separately)

M & L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised 'steel earth plate electrode '60×60cm.× 3.15mm thick, buried 'directly in ground (earth pit not less 'than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground 'level) with top edge of the plate not 'less'than 1.5 metres below normal 'ground level, connected to 'galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check 'nuts and washers of galvanised iron 'or steel . earth strip protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm dia including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/sqm) and frame made out in MS angle iron of size 25x25x3mm with lugs 02 Nos and with MS handle made in 6mm dia round bar made to shape, including GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering, perforated at bottom 1.75m long placed on top edge of earth plate including including provision of mixture of charcoal dust & common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate, test point made out of ohosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement ,funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I 2009 connected to earthing test 'point all as specified or indicated 'including testing on completion.NOTE:-GI strip and GI pipe 40mm bore medium grade for encasing GI strip beyond 7.50m length per earthing if so required at site shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of PCC pole 9 M long,above ground level cleaning by scraping and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces including, cross arms, brackets, clamps etc and writing pole number in black paint (Size shall be 40 mm) complete all as directed by Engineer - In - Charge (Note: The quoted rate inclusive of two coats of white wash on exposed coping surface and including painting Blue and White strips in alternate layers with synthetic enamel paint up to1Mtr height above coping of pole as directed).

Ditto all as per serial item no. 57 but for Steel Tubular Poles 9 mtr with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete including cross arms, brackets, clamps, terminal box etc and writing pole number in black paint (Size shall be 50 mm) complete all as directed by Engineer - In - Charge (Note: The quoted rate inclusive of two coats of white wash on exposed coping surface and including painting Blue and White strips in alternate layers with synthetic enamel paint up to1Mtr height above coping of pole as directed).

Removing existing u/s danger boards HT and S&F danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and convertional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 20 x 20 CM size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the unserviceable cross arms and M & L for cross arms bracing, supports, clamps, back plates, hooks etc, fabricated from structural steel sections ( M.S. Channels, angle sections, flat, round or square bars etc) of required sizes and shapes, including bolts, nuts and washers, welding, bending, cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts, in any shape or size, as indicated or directed complete including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully and refixing the existing alluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15mm as roof conductors and down conductor fixed on bldgs above ground level all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( Note : Porcelain conductors required will be measured and paid seperately)

Fixing only porcelein insulators with screws, bolt and nut for fixing the aluminium strip along with necessary fixing accessories as required all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i)Old insulators as retrived from respective item herein before in good condition shall be used)

M & L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including, 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw all as specified and directed.

Repairs \ maintenance and attending breakdown on 22kv HT over head line to the HT terminal of transformer 24 hours from Y junction Aundh sub station to the following areas as listed below at Aundh including attending repairs, checking, binding and serviceablity of jumpers of over head conductors and opening the burnt binding wire, re-stringing and tightning the jumpers using suitable size of new conductors ,using compression/crimping type sleeve joints for jointing conductors/jumper connections including treatment with conducting jelly all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : All T & P required including HT & LT Megger, ladder of sizes, electrical safty devices, like discharge rod, hand gloves 22 KV, gum boot helmet etc. provided by the contractor.

M & L for detect HT 11/22 KV cable fault of 24 hrs x 7 days i.e entire contract day with technician around the clock on in Aundh military station, Kirkee Range hills area Military station, detect the cable fault Including,necessary Excavation & Earth work , and refilling the soil, jointing the faulty cable with new straight through joint kit, after jointing, testing, and charging of HT cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: (i) Cable joint required size shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Each job considered cable fault locator use in one day)

M&L for cleaning of MES electric supply installations/campus by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small undulations (including removing vegetation/ shrubs/bushes /under growth) and carrying away the rubbish to a distance of not exc 50 mtr away complete for the various sub stations all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting/ Trimming and brooming and clearing tree branches/ plants/ bushes obstructing the LT/HT OH lines up to 3.0 mtrs on both sides including disposal of materials to a distance of 50 meters complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Dismatling and taking down old/unsv ACSR conductor any size complete to carrying to store for Credit & S&F ACSR conductor including jointing with existing conductor and stringing on HT pole and proper fastening to pin/shackle insulators with aluminium binding wires or aluminium tapes and required jumpering connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Repairing of street light fitting/ luminaries of any size/ type control wiring including replacement of LED drivers of any type and capacity, checking the continuity from pole to pole junction boxes all as directed by Engineer - In - charge at site Note: (i) checking the continuity from pole to pole junction boxes (ii) Irrespective of fittings/ components replaced, the measurement shall be made for one pole as one unit

M & L for servicing of VCB TP indoor type 22 KV and 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 HZ, 25 KA horizontal drawn out 800 A (incoming/outgoing) make: AREVA/CG including detail check up and maintenance/calibration of relays short circuit/Earth/over load etc and keep the same funictional all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of CTs 22KV of capacity 1500/ 1000/ 5A/ 6 CT ratio and protection 5P 10 class 0.5 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
