Dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description/thickness including dismantling of water proofing plaster etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching, roof padding as levelling course complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Including 4 Story building) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Cleaning top surfaces by brooming, wire brushing, removing grass, raking out joints to receive plaster and removing debris, grass etc outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Plaster shall be measured and separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. 2.Rate of this item is inclusive of diconnect fitment at water tank or solar heater etc and refixing in the same position after compeleting of roof treatment.

M&L for applying 3.00mm thick APP based polymer membrane over 85/25 industrial bituminous coat @ 3 Kg/Sqm over bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on newly plastered clean and dry roof surface. Top surface shall be finished with bituminous base Aluminium paint, all joint shall be Sealed by torch application complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Aluminium Composite Panel of 4mm thickness with combination of aluminium skin material of 0.25mm Thick (coloured sheet as directed ) alluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100 H cover material,coated on external side with PVDF coating containing 70% resins for anti-fungal & anti bacterial properties and the center core shall be with natural polythelene (LDPE and HDPE) bonded to the alluminium skin on both side. Cladding panal to be fixed with extruded aluminium basic frame 40mmx25mmx1.5mm (Hollow Tube) with angle cleats, including wheather sealants, rivets, GI brackets all as approved using suitable bolts on walls including necessary accessories, complete all as per manufacturer's intructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge Make : lennox/reyno bond/Alpolic/Allex & eqlnt.

S & F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster or concrete, brick surface and raking out hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge. Note: plaster shoud be ready mix and The work to be executed at the hieght of 12 to 15 mtr the rate for necessary scaffolding deemed to be included in the qouted rate.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete/gunniting surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately)

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster or old grit wash, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (4th floor and scafolding)

M&L applying Two coat of distemper oil emulsion and wall care putty on New decorated surfae of walls incl preparation of surfaces by washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces all as specified. ( Note :- All holes/cracks to be filled with birla putty and making good to old surface)

Removal of debris/malwa to a distance exc 10 Km but n exc 15.00 Km out side MD land and depositing where as directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

S & F for 10mm thick vitrified tiles double charge tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exc. 0.36 sqm, in floor and skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for 8 to 10mm thick matt finish ceramic joint free coloured tiles, of size 600x600mm, Laid on Floor over and including 15mm thick Screed bed in CM 1:4, Laid and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White Cement with pigment to match the shade of the Tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 12mm thick Seamless glass door with fixing decorative Air Force/Unit logo on both leaf of shutter, including Stainless Steel Brackets for fixing with wall, Locking arrangement with necessary mechanism for smooth operation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Disconnect the pipe line connection from out door unit of AC’s capacity 1.5/2.0 TR and shifting the same on roof of the building as per site reqmt including topping up of refrigerant and necessary testings complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Copper pipe as required length will be measured and paid separately under BOQ.

Supply and fixing 16 mm dia copper tube with foam type insulation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar of ratio1:4 with 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with glossy Grey cement and pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness , M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for precast factory made PCC Kerb Stone of any description PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 Kerb Stone of any Size (900x150x300) with Rounded edge fixed in position and pointed in CM 1:4 and finishing exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.Make :

Returning , filling under floor with excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) to a distance exc 250m but n exc 500 m and deposited complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Tightening and fixing in position loose hanging aluminium strip of any size on wall or building roof using new insulators of porceline of approved size and fixing existing Aluminium strip on the same as existing.(Insulators will be measured and paid separately against the item in the schedule)

Supply and fix in replacement of Aluminium Strip of size 25 X 3 .15mm buried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of copper Strip of size 32X 6mm buried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement amp rating 240V 10KA C curve MCB SPN 63 amp in the MCB DB complete with connection and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Note:- The amount of Rs 97270/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 136 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
