Demolition of brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins ,arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from cement concrete and making good sistrubed ground complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, including dismantling PCC including disposal of surplus n. exc 50 m, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filing and and mass concreate, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire , etc., flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh/chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work and providing MS flat for welding of GI mesh to posts or struts confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh , size and type of any type of sandards, rails, straining bolt, etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link fencing with or without line wires, any type and mesh size and any type of standards and dia of wire ( as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) fixed with fails, staining bolts etc including dismantling existing unserviceable fencing al as specified and directed Note: Weight will be worked out through BOO.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n. exc 5 cm long and 5 to 10mm dia of shank complete all as specified and directed

Mild Steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel conforming to GE-290 Gde E-165 in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for dors balusters nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, Angle iron post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling hole, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Prepration of new steel surfaces any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' old size bricks straight on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of external walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concret 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings and formwork including dismantling of old louvres and jallies , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F M S flat iron as in hold fast and smilar small astricles cut to length, bent tto shape, drilled hole and fixed with screw etc. conforming to Fe-410-o or Fe-310-o complete all as specified and directed

Ornamental and intreicated design frame work in steel gate complete drilled welding for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering hoks hinges or steel hanging doors fitting also fastening and fixing complete as directed by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling of barbed wire in fencing of any description complete all as specified and directed

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia with barbed , 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing & straining and fixing to any type of standarad rails strining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with & provision of galvanised Mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire of wire to be measured) all as specified

Restraighting and resecuring existing barbed wire of any type incl making good staples etc any type of standard rails strainging bolts including securing or typing at crossing with and provision of galvanished mild steel wire staples or stel pins etc( each line wire to be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed

Preparing of old painted steel surface of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F concertina coil galvanised 60cm dia (with 8 to 10 mtr) stretching length including securing tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors to 3rd floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground levels) and removing unserviceable materials exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors in bed to receive tiles/path tiles etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in cement motar 1:6 finished rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size top layer with grey cement and pigment of thickness 80mm in different colour and pattern laid over 25 mm thick dry sand and joint filled with dry sand complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 using (20 mm graded agregate) as in blocks for hold fasts, benching, copoing apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed. Note: form work requredd for these items included in the unit rate of this items.

Taking down and refixing of angle iron gate (3 mtr to 5 mtr wide and 2 mtr to 2.5 mtr high) including embedding of pintel hinges in conrete blocks and fixing locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Deduction to be made from BOQ for schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part - II) Amount of Rs. 67,575.00 during AOC Note:- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule
