Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc and prepare to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc from parapet etc and removal unserviceable brick/brick bats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6 as in parapets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), on fair faces or brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on fair faces or brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair and mixed with water proofing Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.compound @200ml per 50 Kg weight of cement (1Bag).

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of Chajja, roof Projection & slab etc ceiling surfaces finished even and fair including taking down old ceiling plaster height upto 7-8 mtr etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces finished even and fair including taking down old ceiling plaster etc complete all as specified.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over cement wash with white cement including preparation of new surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash etc complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Mud/mud puska in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar or brick tiles on roof , floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc, cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, benching existing roof slab to slope as per existing or as directed .

M&L for screed bed of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) over concrete surfaces of roof, mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50Kg weight of cement (1 bag) or as per manufacturers instruction including finishing surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately

M&L for cleaning the roof surface from dust /dirt and any other foreign materials and applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters per square meter uniformity after the surfaces fully dried complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (Weight not less than 150gms/Sqm or as per IS), laid over hot bitumen surface by torched application with the strict supervision of manufacturers technical supervisor. Membrane shall be laid with 100mm side/end lap on prepared surface as per manufacturer instruction work shall be carried out strictly with the technical tradesmen and supervision of technical staff of manufacturer. The contractor shall give 10 year guaranty for the treatment.

M&L for brick tiles 40mm thick over roof treatment, laid over and including 15mm thick screed be din cement mortar (1:6) mixed with and including polymer based liquid water proofing additive @ 200 ml liquid water proofing compound by 50Kg weight of cement (1 bag) or as per manufacturers specification and joints of brick tiles shall be filled with cement mortar (1:4) mix with and including 5% crude oil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 18 above but except tiles (Tiles shall be obtained from dismantling under respective items. Necessary cleaning removing mortar segregation, stacking etc shall be included in quoted rate of contractor.

M&L for applying a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 over APP Membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of aluminium paint on APP based polymeric water proofing membrane @ 0.1 Ltr/Sqm in each coat including preparation of surfaces of roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terrace, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand (1:1) (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing compound. Make Dr Fixit Pidipfoor LW+.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills benching and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, coping bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating finishing surface even and smooth as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stack clamps for 110mm bore of pipe made out of 50mmx5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stay to wall or roof etc with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 of 100x100x100mm complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 0.63 mm th plain galvanised sheeting fixed on crumple joints fixed with screw on wall/ roof as required complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position exc 250 ltr n.exc 500 ltr cap etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment for existing sunken portion by complete demolition of existing leakage sunken portion area exc 1 Sqm but n. exc 1.5 Sqm and cleaning the surface and applying cement slurry and 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixing with liquid water proofing compound after surface is fully dried, cleaned free from dust and painting with a coat of bituminous primer@ 0.3 liter / Sqm after primer the entire surface, applying with hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2Kg / Sqm, over hot bitumen, providing polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE fill with standard weight not less than 3Kg/Sqm provide with 100mm side lap/end lap after that fixing P trap and filling sunken portion in PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 approx. 30cm high and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including demolition, supply & fixing new vitreous china Water Closet pan Orissa pattern, size 580x440mm with integral foot rest excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for testing of treatment as directed by Engineer in Charge. The contractor shall give 10 year guaranty of the treatment.

M&L for taking down cement plaster including tiles etc and removing the material out side MD land.& hacking out and racking out the joints with the wire brush to dry and apply one coat of URP and cement in ratio 1:1 @ 1liter per Sqm. After the drying of this process two coat of pidifin2K @ 01 liter on each coat min 4 hour gap is required and 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 in roof/ wall complete incl finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as directed. Note: Make of chemical to Dr.Fixit or equavlent as approved by GE. Contractor shall furnish 10 year guaranty for the treatment.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding , removing unserviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises for minor repair to floor tiles/ nahani traps / concealed stop cock and GI tubing in wall etc in patches.

S&F for nonskid ceramic coloured tiles 300mmx300mmx 7 to 8mm thick in floor set and jointed less neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured/ designer tiles including highlighter on vertical surface of size 300X450X7to 8mm thick set and jointed with cement slurry and pointing in white cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing in cement mortar 1:4 in skirting / dado complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down soil, waste and rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, bends etc.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls .

S&F PVC (SWR) 75mm bore pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
