Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc laid beded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed .

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of Broken stones or Boulders of gauge nexc. 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rolled /rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base or foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering, spreading and levelling in layers of 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 Grade of approved colour (Glossy/Lacquer), approved design and pattern as in footpath, parks.lawns, driveways or light traffic, parking etc. of required size & shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over sand cushioning layer and filling of the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern , finishing and sweeping the extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In-charge. Note:- Sand Cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 Grade of approved colour (Glossy/Lacquer), approved design and pattern as in footpath, parks.lawns, driveways or light traffic, parking etc. of required size & shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over sand cushioning layer and filling of the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern , finishing and sweeping the extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In-charge. Note:- Sand Cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L (Except Tiles) for factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of any Grade, any thickness with approved colour (Glossy/Lacquer), design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, driveways or light traffic, parking etc. laid in required colour and pattern over sand cushioning layer and filling of the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping the extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In-charge. Note:- (i) Sand Cushioning shall be measured seperately. (ii) Tiles obtained from dismantling shall be used under this item

M&L preparation of old concrete/ brick/stone surfaces of kerb stone of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, in approved colour and pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new concrete/ brick/stone surfaces of kerb stone of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer in approved colour and pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed and specified.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in landing, cover slab (for man hole etc) chullah hood, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete chequered tiles of approved colour containing GR Fibre with smooth finish, minimum compressive strength of M40 grade. The wet transverse strength minimum 3.0 N/sqmm, made in two layers (wearing layer upto 6-10mm). Using PU moulds (without carbon) with double vibration compaction at schematic levels. The size of the tile should be L- 300mm x W-300mm x T-25mm. Tolerance in dimensions as per BIS. Using pigment is UV-stabilized iron oxide with free from lead, zinc & organic dyes compounds set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Surface dressing n exc. 15cm in depth incliding leveling, watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Exacavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wall, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil, nexc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.50 m above the starting point

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in bed blocks to hold fasts, lacing courses, plinth courses, parapet upto 60cm railing height , coping, coving, mud stops, fencing post etc and other places as required including ncessary formwwork & making good to the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas n exc 1.5m deep and getting in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller of capacity exc 8 ton but n.exc 12 ton complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller as specified and directed.

Material and Labour 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, in two layers (75 mm thick each layer) with coarse aggregates of Granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 45 mm size) or of grading 3 (53 to 22.4 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller as specified and directed.

M & L for 150 micron thick Polythene film, virgin heavy duty white laid over sand cushioning layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia bar, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm diameter including all necessary scaffolding, machinery, tools tackels and men materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/per Sqcm in field using, minimum cement content 400 Kgs cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete not graeater than 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming when concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joint, filled with preformed bituminious filler top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing coumpound grade 'B' for thickness of concrete slab 200 mm provided with 20 mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules, spaced at 300 mm centres, including boring form work and preformed filler for dowels complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming contraction (dummy) joint 30 mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade "B" after priming the contact surfaces using suitable primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming contraction (dummy) joint 65 mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade "B" after priming the contact surfaces using suitable primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in In cement mortar 1:6 for cracked wall of manholes, septic tank, soak pits etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonary or concrete surface, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement incl mixing of water proofing compund as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 50cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintel up to 1.5 mtr clear span, cills,steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, string course, lacing course, parapets and railing up to 60cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates kerb, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) drainage pipes (type B conforming to IS-13592) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wallls with suitable size clamp complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in pre-cast manhole cover slabs/GT cover slab or any other places as per requirement of any thickness, size or shape including all necessary form work , finishing concrete surface fair & even and set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
