M&L for kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick in single piece in riser of steps,skirting,dado and pillar laid and jointed with grey cement mixed with pgment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete inculding rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting, grinding, cleaning and treating the surface of existing kota stone flooring with beeswax polishing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down of existing solar heating system along with connected items viz Flat collector plate, master solar plate, hot water tank, pipelines, valves , including iron stand and other items and refixing the same with necessary repair to the solar heating system items and leakage of pipelines and making the solar system functional all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. Replacement of heating element of 2 KW and thermostat deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor. 2. Any leakage of incoming and outgoing pipeline connected to solar system to be repaired or if necessary replacement upto 20 Mtr of 20 mm GI pipes deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor.

Taking down carefully, dismantling ceiling fan of any make sweep and size and reassembling after necessary repairs overhauling,greasing, oiling and replacement of worn out spares, sealing cable ends, dismantling blades, opening up for inspection and transportation to contractor’s workshop and back including hanging, fixing and connecting up and testing including painting on fan except blades and rod complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note 1. Material and labour required for rewinding of fan motor shall be measured and paid for separately. 2. Spare parts where ever required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only and fixing is including under this item.

Material & labour for rewinding of ceiling fan motor 1200/1400mm sweep with super enameled copper wire of existing specification, gauge and weight including insulating etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Brand of copper wire -: Atlas / Devi Dyal/BPL

Supply and fixing only ball bearing of existing No. and size suitable for ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm sweep of any make including necessary greasing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: SKF/NBC

Supply and fixing only top and bottom canopy with U clamp suitable for ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm sweep of any make including suitable colour match as existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: SKF/NBC

S&F only down rod 300 mm long of size 20 mm dia for ceiling fan complete all as spd and dir.

S&F only Ceiling fan blade suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep suitable for existing make & type as per sample complete all as spd and dir.
