BED HARD PLYWOOD TOP (FD-246)

Taking/removing out old unserviceable, broken long rail from hard bed and S&F with new long rail of size (1980X90X40)mm made out of well seasoned teak wood free from knots etc. duly french polish glossy finish as per existing specification complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable broken stiffener from bed hard and S&F new stiffener of size (900X60X40)mm made out of well seasoned teak wood duly french polish glossy finish as per existing specification complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable leg from hard bed and S&F new leg of size 660X60X60mm made out of teak wood duly french polish glossy finish as per existing specification complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable broken plywood from head board of hard bed and S&F 4mm thick new plywood one side teak face of size of 460X90mm as per existing specification complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable broken plywood from foot board of hard bed and S&F 4mm thick the same with new plywood one side teak face of size (310X900)mm as per existing specificaton complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking out / dismantling old damaged existing unserviceable top from existing position and S&F of 12mm thick plywood BWR grade commercial as per existing specification complete all as specifed and as directed.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER WITH CUSHION (FD-281)

Removing/taking out of old broken damaged hand rest of Sofa set 5 seater and S&F new hand rest made out of ist class well seasoned teak/sisham wood free from konts, sapwoos etc. Complete all as specified and shown on drawing, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old and unserviceable Rear legs of sofa set 5 seater and S/F new legs made out of well seasoned teak wood all a per size and design shown on drawing and as per exiting sofa sets, all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable upholstry cloth cover of sofa coushon , M&L for cushion cover made from tapestry cloth of approved quality duly stiched and provided opening facility on one side by attching zip nylon grib, best quality, suitable for inserting and removing sofa cushion of size (530x560x100)mm complete all as specifed and as directed. Make: Sleepwell/Comfort/SSF/Kurlon or equivalent ISI Marked make as approved by AGE(I).

Removing the unservicebale cushion from Sofa and S&F new cushion 40 density of size (530x560x100)mm duly covered with long polyester cloth best quality complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Sleepwell/Comfort/SSF/Kurlon or equivalent ISI Marked make as approved by AGE(I).

Replacement of back leg with S&F of new back leg made out of Ist class hard wood (teak wood) complete all as shown on drawing, all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviseable doors from locker bed and provision of new 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board with 20 mm thick timber beading all around including necessary fittings such as MS butt hinges 75mm long ,bow handle aluminum 100 mm long, hasp staple 100mm, all as specified and directed.

Replacement of sides with new 6mm thick plywood BWR and painting with synthetic enamel paint externally and internally of existing colour over a coat of primer, all as specified and directed.

Replacement of back ply with new 6mm thick plywood BWR and painting with synthetic enamel paint externally and internally of existing colour over a coat of primer, all as specified and directed.

Taking down decayed top and S&F with new top 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade ISI mark with 4mm thick timber beading all around the edging complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down decayed bottom and S&F with 18 mm thick plywood BWR and painting with synthetic enamel paint externally and internally of existing colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old broken/ unserviseable front legs from chair dining and S & F new front legs of Ist class hard wood teak wood as per shape and size shown in drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of new wooden bracket / corners of suitable size made of 1st class hard wood teak to Chair dining cushioned and screwd with railing for extra strength including melamine polish complete all as specified and directed.

POLISH OF WOODEN FURNITURE

M&L for preparation of old exposed wooden surfaces by scraping with sand paper and smoothening of surfaces, filling of bore holes etc with wooden putty paste, Rubbing of surfaces with sand paper till smoothening and polishing with french polish glossy finish for Chair dining with long back (FD-357), all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal / taking out of existing nylon newar tape white 50-55mm wide of charpoy GI pipe 32mm dia and S&F of 12mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade of size 1980mm x 900mm approx duly fixed with 4mm thick 12mm wide teak wood beading all around 12mm thick ply top sheet to be fixed on frame structure of GI pipe charpoy of 32mm size with the help of round headed counter sunk screws, bolts , nuts and washer of size 4mm dia x 75mm long after drilling (total 10 Nos) suitable hole to short rail and long rail of charpoy shall be made and ply top to be fixed rigidly,tightining all the check nuts elbow, long rails short rails and legs to hold the charpoy tight the elbows and legs complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old unserviseable long rail from the existing GI Charpoy frame and S & F new long rail of length as shown on drawing made out of 32mm dia GI pipe med grade after threading both ends complete all as specified and shown on drawing, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing serviceable / unserviceable short rail and cutting of unserviceable long rail of 32mm dia GI pipe as obtained from Srl item No. 12.02 here-in-before to equal two pieces as required for short rail and screwed, making threaded at both sides complete all as specified and shown on drawing, all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable leg from the existing GI charpoy frame and fixing of new leg length all as shown on drg made out of GI pipe retrieved from short rail obtained against items Srl No. 12.03 here-in-before after cutting and threading complete all as specified including supply and fixing hard wood block (wooden gutka) of size (35x35x40)mm fixed with 30mm long machine screw to legs as shown on drawing, all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable GI Elbow 3 way 32mm dia from the existing GI Charpoy frame and supply and fixing of new elbow 3 way of 32mm dia medium grade ISI marked suitable for GI charpoy 32mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable check nuts and S&F new check nuts, GI pipe 32mm dia medium grade, 6mm thick to the frame of charpoy complete all as specified and as directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE 25MM DIA (FD-220 (R))

Removing of old unserviceable short rail from the existing GI charpoy frame and replaced the same with serviceable of short rail of length all as shown on drg made out of GI pipe retrieved from long rail obtained against items sl No2.02 here-in-before, after cutting and threading both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable leg from the existing GI charpoy frame and fixing of new leg length all as shown on drg made out of GI pipe retrieved from short rail obtained against items Srl No 2.03 here-in-before after cutting and threading complete all as specified including supply and fixing hard wood block (wooden gutka) fixed with 20mm long machine screw to legs as shown on drg and complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable GI elbow from the existing GI charpoy frame and supply & fixing new elbow 3 way suitable for GI Charpoy 25mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable check nut and S & F new check nut GI 25mm dia medium grade to the frame of charpoy complete all as specified and as directed.

CHARPOY WITH HARD TOP (FD/MAP-II/01)

Taking / removing out old damaged unserviceable ply wood top from existing charpoy with hard top steel and S&F new hard top of 12mm thick (BWR grade , ISI Marked ) ply plywood commercial as per existing shape and size with appropriate steel nuts & bolts, MS cleat of charpoy including taking down old one all as shown on drawing and after tightening the frame of charpoy hard top steel complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of charpoy with hard top steel scrapping by emery paper and applying by spraying machine painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st quality black colour including long rail, short rail, stiffeners and legs to charpoy hard top steel, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of old broken damaged hard rubber shoe of approved shoe of charpoy and S&F new hard rubber shoe of approved quality and tightly fitted at the bottom of legs complete all as spefied and shown on drawing, all as specified and directed.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL- FD-1031, FD-67(M)

Taking out unserviceable shelf of steel Almirah large wtih shelves and supply, fabricate and fix shelf made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet of size (915x440)mm duly shaped to suitable for the other members and prepare the surface by providing putty applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint (Olive Green) over a coat of primer etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable lock of steel Almirah large/steel cupboard 78", supply and fix new lock 65mm size with duplicate keys suitable for existing locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing 3 way locking system in steel cupboard 78" / steel Almirah large with shelves by greasing denting/bending and providing 10mm dia MS round bars as required etc and make functioning the locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing worn out /thread less steel handle of almirah steel normal/large/cupboard steel 78", supplying new new steel handle, chromium plated of approved quality and fixing suitably with locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable shutters of cupboard steel and almirah steel large/ cupboard steel 78", supply and fix shutter made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet of size (1800x430)mm fixed with 75mm MS butt hinges and also make provision for fixing lock, handle and 3 way locking system etc. and preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint (Olive Green) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable leg of cupboard steel and almirah large/ cupboard steel 78", supply and fix leg made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet and preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint (Olive Green) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL- FD-1032, FD-67(M)

Taking out unserviceable shelf of almirah steel 50" / almirah steel medium with shelves and supply, fabricate and fix shelf made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet of size 915x440mm duly shaped to suitable for the other members and prepare the surface by providing putty applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint ( Olive Green) over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable lock of almirah steel 50" / almirah steel medium with shelves, supply and fix fix new lock 65mm size with duplicate keys suitable for exicting locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out exsting unserviceable shutters of almirah med steel 50" / almirah steel medium with shelves, supply and fix shutter made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet of size 1800 x 430mm fixed with 75mm MS butt hinges and also make provision for fixing lock, handle and 3 way locking system etc and preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paing (Olive Green) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable leg of almirah steel 50" / almirah steel medium with shelves, supply and fix leg made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet and preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamal (Olive Green) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

DINING TABLE ALUMINIUM TOP (DRG NO FD-165M)

S&F of ORs dining table top 19mm thick block board(1900mmx685mm) with 22 gauge Aluminium sheet on top (1975mmx760mm) including taking out old one and covered over around the side (edges) to the 15mm of the bottom surface of particle board fixed with aluminium screws at 150mm c/c on the bottom faces complete all as specified and shown on drawing, all as specified and directed.

Repair to rusted tear and wear frame of dining table ORs and supply & fixing new frame of 25x25mm MS square tube 16 gauge, frame size 1600mm x 515mm x 760mm fitted to top and side stiffener & legs with steel screws brass painted to complete all as shown on drawing, all as specified and directed.

Welding of broken joints of steel furniture item of same weld joints shall be continuous and finished smoothly by gas welding, all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviseable PVC hard rubber shoes and S&F of new PVC hard rubber shoes fixed on steel legs tightly complete all as specified and directed.

BED PLY TOP STEEL : FD/E6/MAP/08(R )

S&F in repair of 12mm thick plywood BWR grade commercial as per existing specification with and including necessary fixing arrangements (Nut-bolt-washers, etc.) complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board placed in position for Headrest by providing PVC beading all around the edges and duly fitted with screws as shown in drawing as per existing complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board placed in position for Footrest by providing PVC beading all around the edges and duly fitted with screws as shown in drawing as per existing complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for electric welding in repairs of dislocated/broken joints of Bed Ply Top Steel same weld joints & grinding to match the surface Shall be continuous and finished smoothly by gas welding, all as specified and directed.

Taking out of old broken damaged hard rubber shoe of from Bed Ply Top Steel and S&F new hard rubber shoe of approved quality and tightly fitted at the bottom of legs complete all as spefied and shown on drawing, all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality of approved shade/ olive green colour over a coat of primer or require shade to Bed Ply Top Steel (Internally & externally) including necessary repairs if any by providing rivets , gas welding, denting etc. Preparation of surfaces (Internal, external, shelves, legs, rails, stiffeners etc. ) by applying putty and sanding duly denting bending of following items and making the surface free from rust , dust any foreign materials, complete all as specified and as directed.

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-259)

Removing of old rusted damaged leg from chair varandah by cutting out from frame and S&F the same with 20mm dia conduit pipe 16 G duly welding to frame complete all as specifed and as directed.

Removing of old worn out plastic cane from chair varandah and recanning the same with 4mm wide plastic cane white half round complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable rubber shoe from chair verandah and S&F new rubber shoes of best quality comlete all as specified and as directed.

PAINTING OF STEEL FURNITURE
