ROAD WORK
Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer- in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
60 mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.
DRAINAGE
Constructing brick masonry road gully chamber 50x45x60 cm with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including 500x450 mm pre-cast R.C.C. horizontal grating with frame complete as per standard design :

NON SCHEDULE ITEMS
Bending of circular/square/rectangular or any other MS-Section in desired shape as per drawings and direction of Engineer in charge.
Machining and fabrication of Mild Steel (MS) components using CNC milling and/or turning machines. Scope of work includes tool setup, CNC programming, precision machining, surface finishing, deburring, and final dimensional and visual inspection, all in accordance with the approved design drawings and specifications. The work shall be completed in all respects, ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards
Epoxy coating of MS plate (minimum thickness of powder coating 80micron)as per direction of Engineer in charge
Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing / gate made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing/gate with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
Fabrication and installation of a mild steel (MS) metal ball sculpture of 900mm diameter in abstract form, made from high-quality MS sheet of 6mm thickness, formed into a seamless spherical shape. The sculpture shall be finished with epoxy-based powder coating in a colour approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The coating shall be UV-resistant and weatherproof, applied as per manufacturer’s specifications to ensure long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion, chipping, and fading. All necessary surface preparation, including cleaning, degreasing, and sandblasting (if required), shall be included. The sculpture shall be structurally stable having hollow tubes as internal framework, and installed securely at the designated location as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The item includes supply of all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transportation, installation, and all incidental works required for the proper completion of the sculpture.Inclusive of GST. A conceptual design is attached to this tender for reference, the bidder is required to submit detailed fabrication drawings before the commencement of any manufacturing or fabrication work for approval of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing External Signage's made of SS 304 (brush finish) 1mm thk.sheet for letters with raising(letter depth of 25-50mm). Including all fittings, accessories, fixtures, fabrication.The signage will be hollow illuminated back of the signage to be made of 3.5 mm thick acrylic. PU Paint on the letter for as per approved color with LED lights as per the approved make and power supply. Dimension of Letter approx. 2500x300 in English and 1800X300 in Hindi without matra, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge
