S/R to R.D.Road to Tillow

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area including all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for scraping cleaning the road suface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12 Cum of 12 mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen ,metal and chips complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface/granular base bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense graded bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed agreegates of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen ,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for the road and bridge works (4th Revision) .

Construction of RCC gaurd posts of 200 mm dia M15 grade cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC posts not to exceed 1 in 500 as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause.

Earth work excavation in foundation in Hard soil or gravelly soil within 50 m initial lead & 1.5 m initial lift including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation & Plinth with sand well watered and rammed as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P.C.C(1:3:6) using 40mm size H.G. metal with all Cost, Conveyance , Royality & Taxes of all material and labour,T & P etc. Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete of M-15 Grade in open foundation complete as per drawing & technecal specification.

In Sub-structure

Supplying, fitting & placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing & technical Specification.

Providing Weep Holes is Brick Masonry/Paln/Rainforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure wirh slope of IV:2Htowards drawing force etc, complete.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms, spreading, grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications forRoad & Bridge works (4th Revision)
