Helmet: The Helmet should confirm to IS: 2925 with latest amendments with the following additional features: 1. Comfortable to wear. 2. A strong chinstrap, with limits of risk of losing the helmet during a fall. 3.Ventilation holes allow airflow through the helmet Ventilation holes to allow the ventilation to be adjusted as needed.4. It should have designed for optimal attachment of a headlamp, a protective shield, and hearing protection. 5. It should absorb impacts by deformation of the expanded polystyrene liner. 6. Center fit adjustment system adjusts the headband and keeps the helmet centered on the head. Head Lamp: The Head lamp should confirm to EN 60079-15- 2005 & EN 60079-0-2006 with latest amendments with the following features: 1. Constant lighting technology ensures brightness that does not gradually decrease as the battery drains. 2. 3 lighting levels and boost mode as per E81 with Head Lamp brightness: 35 Lumens, flood beam: LEDX4. 3. The Headlamp must be provided with two operating mode charger and AAA/LR 06 rechargeable battery. 4. Lighting for professionals that is reliable, practical and durable. 5. Two lighting modes (low and high). 6. Mode for close-range work: comfortable flood beam for proximity vision. 7. Automatically switches to reserve mode when batteries are almost drained (signaled by blinking light). 8. Rotating knob that is ergonomic, even with gloves. 9.
