M&L for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification and manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed

S&F for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with grid size of 605x605 mm with using aluminium angle 25x25x3mm and T sections 25x25x3mm all as specified in clause 10.38 of SSR pt-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed. ( Note: The quoted rate shall includes for drilling anchor fastners and hanging rod from ceiling etc all as per manufacturer instructions)

M & L 10mm thick Gypsum board for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid all as specified and directed.(Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L brick work with using old size Fly Ash Brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The quoted rate shall includes the cost of WPC @ 3% by weight of cement.

M&L for preparing of new plastered surface on wall and applying two coats of apex paint over a coat primer on plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down (Steel/ Wooden) frame any description exc. 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (with out taking off shutter from the frame) incl hardware fittings all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium sliding window two track with two glass shutters using 4 mm thick glass tinted modi guard using aluminium powder coated section aluminiuj cleat, PVC track, bearing, handle, lock, rubber beading etc complte fittings. M&L for 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in panes exc 0.50 sqm each fixed with & including rubber gasket in aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18/19 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as cup boards shelves, partition etc Including magnetic catcher complete all as specified and directed

S&F Aluminium alloy anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section 150 mm long and fixed all as specified and directed

S&F aluminium handles,cast type anodised of size 150 mm all as specified and directed

S&F Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Powder coated aluminium grills (Pattern DG-102 with weight, not less than 3.131 Kg/sqm) for windows, ventilators, etc., including joining cleats etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel rack of size 9' x 3.5 'x1.5' made out of powder coated MS steel , pillar tube size 60x40x2mm, plain black sheet of 0.80mm thick. Base of Rack : made by storage box ( cabinet) of same material with two doors and dimension of 600mm height and 3.5' length with one side shelf made out of 1mm thick MS powder coated steel sheet. Shelves: four shelves each at 18 inch height above the base cabinet made out of same material. Brackets: made out of 2.5mm thick powder coated MS sheets. Make : Janani enterprises or its equivalent as approved by GE.
