Demolition of Stone Laid dry or laid dry and pointed sett paving of any description or thickness.

M&L for Hard core, broken stone boulder to gauge n exc 63 mm. All as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete. All as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. All as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide.

M&L for RMC M-30 for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete.

M&L for granite or trap Stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6).

M & L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregates), in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed. All as specified and directed.

M&L for plastering in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat plus 5mm finishing coat) with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.(WPC will be measured and paid seperately).

M & L for hard wear stone (of any type) granite stone slab 20 mm thick in flooring machine cut, in plateform bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and including 15 mm thick Back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel railing all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for Non - Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.
