Supply, Laying, jointing & testing of Ductile iron (DI), pressure pipes Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-7 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 (latest revision) -blast furnace slag cement with Portland cement properties suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining and Black bitumen external coating, duly ISI marked suitable for push on joint(rubber gasket joint) in any length with inside cement mortar lining, laid in trenches for follwing bore of pipe :- Make: Tata Metaliks/ Electrosteel Casting Ltd./ Jindal Saw Ltd. Note:- (i) Excavation & Earthwork, shall be measured and paid separately. Dismantling old valve pit chamber of following dimension and construct existing size with double brick wall masonry in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick rendering with cement mortar 1:4 including WPC and base platform with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 3 mm thick MS sheet as top cover mounted on angle iron frame with hinges and necessary locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earthwork, filling and removing complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix as in repairs 3 mm thick MS sheet as valve pit top cover for 900 mm x 900 mm valve pit chamber mounted on angle iron frame with hinges and necessary locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in soft / loose soil for removing old and laying new pipes , complete all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in, excavated soil including leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of thickness not exceeding 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing the soil where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
