Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in hard /dense soil all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches, as in cable cushioning all as directed. Note :- Only Punned thickness shall be considered for payment.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for path ways, hard standing & pole coping including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash on exposed surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement and hard standing by trenchless method by adopting horizontal boring using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including supply and insection of HDPE pipe 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure confirming to IS specified and as directed. Note:- Depth will not be less than 2m below the road, pavement and hard standing without damaging the road, pavement and hardstanding.

Material and labour for painting of steel tubular LT pole 9 mts above the ground level with two coat of aluminium paint after cleaning the existing surface of the poles/brackets/cross arm and marking the poles nubmers as per existing pattern including different colour 1.5 mtr from the bottom of pole complete all as per specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of RCC pole 9 mts above the ground level with two coat of cement base over a coat of alkaline resistance paint preparation the existing surface of the poles and marking the poles nubmers as per existing pattern complete all as per specified and directed.

Spray painting on synthetic enamel painting two coats over a coat of primer on inner and outer surfaces after cleaning/making the good surfaces of cubical panel of any size including rewiriting of distribution details

Taking down street/security light fittings HPSV/HPMV/Halogen/LED/CFL/FTL fittings of any capacity or type from pole/wall after disconnection and connecting wires, carrying to store yard for necessary repair/replacement of spares etc. Refixing the same complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares shall be measured and paid respective items only.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable sluice valve of any sizes from any position by unscrewing/ cutting the rusted nuts.

S&F Sluice valve of CI body, both ends flanged duly drilled, ISI marked with IS-14846-2000, PN-1.6 having Stainless Steel spindle and check nut including operating wheel cap, fixing with new nuts, bolts, washers and rubber insertion/ packing complete all as directed for the size of 150 mm bore.

S&F in repairs gun metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 20 mm bore including taking down the unserviceable existing one.

M&L for servicing/repair of clorination dozzing pump working on 230v 50Hz AC supply all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of valve chamber covers, display boards etc,. boxes with one coats of synthetic enamel spray paints matching existing colour after scrapping the old paint by means of emery paper and cleaning with thinner including necessary markings/sign writing etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repairs to unserviceable star delta starter for pump set 25 HP by replacing over load relay of suitable range coil, spare kit for contactor, terminals, short pieces of copper wire duly crimped with bottle lugs etc and any other spares as required for proper functioning and monitoring of pump set all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 36 here-in-before but for 20/15 HP capacity

Disconnecting the electric cable from the terminal box of 20/25 HP motor ,Decoupling the motor from the pump, remove the motor and pump from the foundation bed and taking out the pump& motor and transporting to authorised work shop. NOTES: (i) Dismantling the motor and taking out the burnt copper winding /fiber strip/insulating materials and worn out ball bearing - 2 nos (ii ) Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials/fiber strip/varnishing and made terminal connection of fiber glass coated wire. (iii) Remetaling the shaft by lathe work and welding work for correct alignment for fixing of bearing. (iv) Replacement of ball bearings (v) Clean the rotor by CTC solution carefully and dry it (vi) Assembling the motor and painting with two coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint as directed by the engr-in-charge. (vii) Dismantling the pump and cleaning the impeller (viii) replace the burned T nuts and bolts replcing the gland packing,,rubber coupling (ix) replace the air released cock, Assembling the Pump and painting with two coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint as directed by the engr-in-charge. (x) Transporting to the motor to the site refixing on foundation channel with new bolts and nuts , coupling the pump and motor with correct alignment apply grease and connecting electrical connections testing complete alll as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for servicing of the electric motor of capacity 20/25 HP after disconnecting from position and carried out complete servicing including replacement of bearing as per existing size and re-fixing the same to the original position and commissioning testing complete including one coat of synthetic enamaled paint after cleaning the existing body all as specified and directedby Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing the submersible pump set of any capacity including column pipes and submersible cables complete from the existing bore well of depth up to 200 mtr by any suitable method i.e. either manual/ vehicle mounted motorized system and disconnecting the pump and motor to locate the faults in pressence of Engr - in - charge and carry out repairs, includings transportings to Wksp and reassembling after repairs, complete includings lowering after repairs and testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Repair/rewinding of submersible motor upto capacity 15 HP of any staging by dismantling the pump from the motor taking it to workshop, rewinding of the motor with same size of copper enameled winding wire, insulating, varnishing of the same replacement of bushes and any other space parts required for smooth functioning of the submersible pump, re-assembling, re-installing at site connecting and testing complete.
