Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness on cooking platform, floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any morter complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Granite (of any type) work, 18-20 mm thk (table rubbed and polished) in as steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms with necessary hole for gas pipe where ever required and likes including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, pointing in white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to with shade of granite and including rounded edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600x 300x 7 mm to 8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and directed.
