Providing & laying in position specified grade of reinforcement concrete (In columns) excl. the cost of centering & shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 {1 cement:1.5 coarse sand: 3 crushed graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size incl. all carriages up to site of work complete

Centering and shuttering incl. strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work in foundation and plinth, walls, Columns etc. (Kit ply)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level (in walls ) in 1:3:6 mix (1 Cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone agg.20mm Normal Size) using crushed agg. incl. all carriages up to site of work complete

12mm thick cement sand plaster in 1:6 mix (1 cement:6 course sand)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work incl. straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete cold twisted bars (TMT bars) incl. all carriages up to site of work complete

Structural steel work welded in built up sections in gates and framed work including hold fasts, cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic paint complete.

Labor charges for fixing of angle iron fencing posts in cement concrete block, including leveling and placing in proper position complete.(Fabricated angle Iron posts to be supplied by G.M Marketing SICOP)

Back filling with available soil including leveling, watering, and ramming complete job.
