Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dresses stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1: 6 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of chowkats or steel frames of not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and set aside or removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick jointless (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.
