Labour charges for repairing ,fitting and fixing of new Wooden reaper / rafts 40 mmx40 mm spacing of 40 cm c/c and 25mmx 50mm spacing of 27 cm c/c and reapers at position with new screws and nails of existing type during repairing and resetting to its position without causing any damages to the other components of roofing system with all necessary arrangements and all lead and lift of materials etc complete.

Supplying and fixing new Mangalore tile roofing of existing pattern using first class tiles of existing design with necessary special tiles for ridges and hips, over wood size of reaper 50x25mm over the existing rafters/ aluminum roofing sheet including cost of taping screws , materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

Fixing the existing old dry cleaned Mangalore tile in palace roofing system with necessary special tiles for ridges and hips, with Nandi / nilgiri wood of size of reaper 50x25mm over the existing rafters/ aluminum roofing sheet including cost of taping screws materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

Providing the fresh weather proof course using 20 mm down size brick bhats with 1;1 ratio of 150mm thickness including proper slope plastering with CM1:1:1 20 mm thickness fine finishing including curing etc complete .

Very carefully removing of damped /worn out plaster layer by layer (35 mm avg thk) including raking of joints from interior and exterior walls, pillars, ceilings etc. up to any height and in any floor including removal of rubbish and stacking anywhere within a lead of 75 mt as directed.

18 mm thick plaster to ceiling and walls with sand and lime (1:2) including rounding off or chamfering corners and racking out joints where necessary.

White washing / colour wash two coats with lime of approved quality to give even shades to palace after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powder materials including cost of all materials ,labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding ,lift charges etc complete for finished item of work ,but excluding conveyance charges of materials as per direction of engineer in charge.

Repairing to old doors frames and shutters including removal the shutter ,removal of damaged frame(30% new teak ) ,shutter style, mending and rehanging the same with old fittings where ever available and with new materials where ever missing including lead and lift etc complete.

Removing of old damaged wooden members like doors frame , windows frame ,door shutter, window shutter ,beams , columns in corridors and supplying of new teak wood for above items including dismantling by parts , fitting and rehanging the same with old fittings where ever available and with new materials where ever missing including lead and lift etc complete as necessary.

Laying of fresh lime concrete in flooring of ground floor palace of 20 mm down size brick bhats with 1:1:4 ratio of 150mm thickness including proper slope plastering with CM1:1:1 20 mm thickness smooth shining finishing including curing etc complete

Laying the terracotta tile flooring (25 cm x 25 cmx2.5 cm) in first floor flooring of palace on fresh lime concrete in flooring of 20 mm down size brick bhats with 1;1:4 ratio of 100mm thickness lime mortar bed in 1:4 and pointing with lime mortar 1:3 including the cost of materials ,mortar ,labour, curing complete as per specifications.

Supplying and fixing of old/ new glass panels (40% old and 60% missing/damaged glass panels with new 4mm thick plain glass ) in existing windows including cost of glass panels, nails, screws , fevicol , filler, teak beading etc. complete as per the instruction of engineer in charge.

Repairing of wooden false ceiling (70% old and 30% new) teak wood in first floor including removal of damaged styles repairing mending etc. complete as per the instruction of engineer in charge.

Repairing of wooden staircases ( 60% old and 40% new and two numbers including removal of damaged styles repairing mending etc. complete as per the instruction of engineer in charge.
