Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil
Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Multiplying factor @ 0.973 on existing items of the DSR-2023
Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: In case the cement content in design mix is more than the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works up to plinth level: Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of @ 220 kg/cum).
Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: In case the cement content in design mix is more than the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum

Providing and laying vibro compacted cement concrete paver blocks of M-40 grade concrete having 80 mm thickness made up in fully automated plant with steel moulds resulted in precise dimensions with compaction @ 3200 psi i/c minimum water cement ratio content (1:3) with waterless curing by Rotho curing system to the required level and line laid over abed of 20mm average thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) complete as directionof the Engineer-in-charge. (color & pattern to be approved by Engineer-in-charge)
Providing and laying vibro compacted cement concrete kerb stone of M-40 grade concrete made up in fully automated plant with steel moulds resulted in precise dimensions with compaction @ 3200 psi i/c minimum water cement ratio (1:3) curing by Rotho curing system which is suitable for walkways, driveways and light vehicle parkings etc. It should be laid in position to required level and line having joint thickness not more than 5mm except on curve jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3 coarse sand) i/c making joints with or without grooves where ever required complete etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (length of finished work edging shall be measured for payment (precast C.C) kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge)
Providing & placing in position four seater bench made up of stainless steel of grade 304 and having minimum length 1735mm,width 450mm and height 450mm. with frame of seat & back of size 440mm height and 1735mm length in 40mm dia round pipe. stainless steel tightening with 25 mm dia round pipe made up of 304 grade SS pipe. Legs made up of 1.50mm thick 304 grade stainless steel sheet with base plate 8mm thick of size 425 mm x 1.25mm to be fixed by stainless steel 10 mm dia dash fastners 4 Nos.in each base plate. The overall weight of the bench should not less than 50 kg., complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Credit of old Kerb Stone received from the dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling dully weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorized representative all complete as per direction of Engineer in- charge.
