Consultancy services for the Architectural & Structural drawing for the Construction of Double Stried Buiding at Lajpat Nagar Colony Hospital requirement as per direction of competent authority/Engineer in charge as per all the norms/IS codes including earth quake factor etc for all floors (provision to be taken for construction extended upto four storied in future) including required site visit and submission of all relevant structural drawings in six sets completed within one month from the date of issue of work order. Structural drawing will be got checked by from third party at the cost of consultant (structural design is to be done for four storied building). Note : 1 Any revision of Architectural drawing & structural drawings/design due to site constrains or otherwise shall be carried out by the consultant at his own cost as per direction of Engineer in charge & will provide 6 nos of sets of Architectural drawings, structural drawings and design alongiwht soft copy. 2. The time period of the consultancy will be the period from issue of work order for consultancy services up to the completion of the project and extended period if any upto the completion of project. Nothing extra shall be payable to the consultant for any extended period of the construction work . Conditions : (a) No extra payment will be made for supplying of corrected drawings as required by the Engineer in Charge (b) The consultant is required to visit the site on quarterly basis till the completion of work. In case any visit is not done by the consultant, Rs. 5000/- per visit shall be recovered from the bill. (c) The structural design & drawing will be submitted by the consultant for Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor & Third Floor as per Architectural Plan of the building for Ground + Three Floors.
