Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point all as specified.

Supply and filling for dry sand in cable protection trenches before and after the cables are laid, for sand cushioning to cables complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : thickness after punning of sand shall be (minimum as specified in SSR) measured and paid in this item.

Material and labour for brick protection for UG XLPE cable with burnt clay old size sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not more than 10mm and width equal to length of brick in trenches across the cable complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Best quality locally available which is duly approved by GE.

Supply and laying, connecting, testing, commissioning LT UG cable XLPE Insulated,armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS 7098 with aluminium conductor multi-strand of cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 4.0 Core laid in trenches / ducts/ inside protection pipeincluding cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips etc. including taking down old LT cable all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:-(a) Excavation, sand cushioning, bricks shall be measured and paid separately

Supply, lay and fix 20 mm bore galvanized iron tubing (light grade) including all fittings and laid in poles/ walls/ under road crossing/ laid in trenches inclusive taking up or down old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as directed. Note: Excavation shall be measured and paid in separate item

Material and labour for horizontal boring for 20 mm bore GI pipe under road/ pavement/ hard standing at 0.6 mtr to 1.50 mtr depth from top of road level and insert 20 mm medium GI pipe for laying XLPE UG cable with all necessary fittings and without any damage of road/ pavement/ hard standing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Necessary Earthwork shal be measured and paid including this item. (b) GI pipe shall be measured and paid including this item.

Supply and fixing as in replacement GI bracket for street light made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.5 mtr length bend in shape as required complete with 2 nos of MS flat iron clamp of size 50 mm x 6 mm, nuts and bolts etccomplete as specified and as directed

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long) complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 100 W LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED with driver IP 65 luminiares comprising of high brightness LEDs and all accessores complete including taking down old u/s fitting all as specifed and directed. Note:- (a) LM-80 certificate from NABL accredited Lab shall be submitted for LED light fittings. (b) Warranty certificate shall be submitted for LED light fitting as per standered format for minium 50000 Hrs. (c) LED light fitting and drivers shall be of same make.

Supply and fix LED floodlight of 120 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with IP66 protection. Note:- (a) LM-80 certificate from NABL accredited Lab shall be submitted for LED light fittings to the Engineer-In-Charge. (b) Warranty certificate shall be submitted for LED light fitting as per standered format for minimum 50000 Hrs to the Engineer-In-Charge. (c) LED light fitting and drivers shall be of same make.

Material and labour for weather proof SMC junction box with IP 66 protection (halogen free and weather proof) for outdoor installations of size 295 mm x 195 mm x 100 mm with terminals one mounting bracket and making provision of an MCB SPN including internal connection, gland for cable, FI clamp of size 20 mm x 3 mm, nuts, bolts, washers, provision of connectors for connection of cables etc complete or all including taking down as specified or directed. Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to 32 mm x 6 mm thick GI strip protected by 50 mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to test point as directed including funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe with charcoal and common salt in alternaterlayers of 15 cm thickness all around the GI plate electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with cast iron frame including cast iron cover10mm thick hinged to CI frame and 8mm MS rod for handle including painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and put number marked with GI plate above 45 cm from ground level as per colour code in AF station, necessary excavation and earth wok in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I ncluding taking out old earthing all as specified. Note: (i) The cost of GI strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of excavation, earth work are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and fixed the location as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 3 core 4 sq. mm nominal cross section in service connections complete all as specified

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggreagates as in coping of poles complete all as specified. Note:- Formwork shall be measured and paid including this item.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggreagates as in PCC/ Road Cutting/ installation area and foundation of poles etc. complete all as specified. Note:- If formwork required, the formwork shall be measured and paid including this item.

Supply and errection of 12.5 Mtr. High mast light suitable for 6 lantern/Floodlight symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and Height: 12.5 m, Thickness: Top 3 mm and Bottom 3 mm, Diameter: Top 150 mm and bottom 360 mm. Trailing Cable –1 per mast (5 Core 2.5 Sq mm) Lightning Finial , Anchor Plate & Template, Foundation Bolt & Nuts having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 7/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, including RCC foundation as per height all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
