Supply only glass diving strips 3 mm thick and 38mm width inserted in position, confirm to design, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection/pavment and the like, finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed and specified

M & L machine precast colour concrete decorative interlocking paver block of a with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Gde complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC type B1,1:2:4 ( 20mm graded stone aggt) in roof slab or as leveling course using WPC PD proof 101 LW(+) of Dr fixit or equvalant integral WP admixer @200 ml/bag of cement comlete all as specified and directed (WPC will measured and paid seperatly)

M&L for preparation / roughening of the plastered / unplastered roof surfaces including removal of grass, small trees and fix the APP based polymeric water proofing membrane of minimum 3mm thickness & weighing not less than 3.6kg/sqm of approved Make : ( as approved by GE,) black finished reinforced with non-woven poleyster matt. With a thermofusible finish laid over hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over bitumenous primer at the rate of 0.40 kg/sqm, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 100 mm at the sides and 150 mm at the ends and sealing applying a consistent coat of silver streak bituminous paint over APP surface all as per manufacturers instructions over and including screed bedding 15mm thick on brick/roof surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound as per as per manufactrurs instruction complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Racking out old joints of roof tiles and M&L flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR of FOSROC upto depth of 20mm complete including cutting / removing vegetation, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of plants/trees of girth n exe 30 cm from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg, chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/CI soil/waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/CI/PVc pipe joints which were damged during cutting/taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surfaces to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground level and removing debries out side MOD Land comlete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manhole up to 1.00 meter depth any size of manhole and taking out sludge and depositing the same in notified area by Municipal Corp of Delhi for dumping or out side Defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type as per site all as directed.

M&L for punched tape concertina coil (PTTC) 610mm dia coil provided on Y shaped MS section including necessary biding/welding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in reapir galvanised 2 starand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as dirrected.

S&F in repair of MS work for framed work such as fencing posts, supporting flat iron strips, nut bolts, gates etc complete all as specified and directed.
