Removing the existing unserviceable/broken foot board of size 900x400mmx50mm with legs and supply & fix new foot board for bed plywood top including teak wood legs complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken ply wood top of size 1790mmx870mm and supply and fix new ply wood top of 12 mm thick commercial plywood BWR GRADE duly ISI marked of Make: century ply Ply/ Kit Ply/ Green Ply complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable./worn out/ broken plywood of head board and foot board on both sides and supply & fix new 4mm thick one side teak face plywood of Make: century ply Ply/ Kit Ply/ Green Ply for head board and foot board on both sides complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken teak wood beading for Head board and Foot board and supply and fix new teak wood beading of 12mm dia half round for head and foot board complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable cushion with rexin of size 900x370x60mm thick for Head board and supply and fix new foam cushion 60mm thick and 40 Density with rexin for head board complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken teak wood stiffener for legs of Head board and supply and fix new teak wood stiffener complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Material and labour for polishing to entire repaired Bed Hard duly preparing the old and new surfaces complete all as specified and shown drawing and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable back vertical strips and supply & fix new teakwood back vertical strips of size 15x30x550mm duly made to shape and complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable back rail and supply & fix new teakwood back rail of size 25x90x450mm and complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable front & side rail and supply & fix new teakwood front & side rail of size 25x65x450mm and complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable stiffeners and supply & fix new teakwood stiffeners of size 20x25x450mm and complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable PVC ring and S&F new hard PVC ring of 25mm Dia screwed to the legs .

Removing the unserviceable teak wood stopper for seat and supply & fix new teakwood stopper of size 75x75x25mm fixed with main frame and legs complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

Material and labour for 2 coats of French polishing to repaired chairs duly preparing the old and new surfaces complete all as specified and shown drawing and as directed.

CHAIR WRITING FD/E6/MAP/12 Remove unserviceable seat of chair writing and S&F new seat with proper nut and bolt/ screw /nailing/ glueing made up of plywood upholstered with 50mm thick moulded polyurethane foam covered with fabric with PVC lipping alround complete. Fabric Shall be of Make : D'Decor/Vivid Collection/ Bombay dyeing and Colour /Shade of fabric as directed and approved by Engr-in-Charge. Rest all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed.

Remove unserviceable back form of chair writing and S&F new back form with proper nut and bolt/ screw /nailing/ glueing made up of plywood upholstered with 50mm thick moulded polyurethane foam covered with fabric with PVC lipping alround complete. Fabric Shall be of Make : D'Decor/Vivid Collection/ Bombay dyeing and Colour /Shade of fabric as directed and approved by Engr-in-Charge. Rest all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed.

Remove unserviceable / broken PU arms and S&F new PU arms scratch resistant all as specified and shown in drawing and sample approved by Engr in Charge.

M&L for painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour of make: Berger/ Asian/ Nerolac to entire chair.
