Errection of Trident light pole approx. 5.12 Mtr long made of 80mm. Dia. G.I. pipe (Jindal/Bansal make) medium gauge along with two nos. extended bend arms (40mm) each length approx. 1.33 mts including fixing of 3 nos Post Top garden light LED fittings.The pole has slot cutting for provision of cable entry with bakelite sheet & 15A fuse unit (one no.). Erection of pole will be in CC foundation having 460mm x 460mm x 900mm depth of 1:3:6 cement concreat with hard Jhama metal including muffing of 300mm x 300mm x 300mm painting the pole with two coats of Al. paint (Barjar/Shalimar)over one coat of red oxide and including earthing by 600mm long 60mm dia and 5mm thick at a depth of 3 mtr below ground level which will be connected with the pole by 7/14 SWG GI wire with two sets both of double washer and nuts (3"x1/2") with GI pipe and 1"x 1/2" with pole. The wiring inside the pole is to be done by 2x1.5sqmm Pvc insulated,FR, Cu. wire through suitable dia polethene pipe.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire of the following sizes in the 19mm/25mm prelaid polythene pipe/PVC rigid conduit as per GS.

Supply and fixing 9 W LED bulb (Philips/Bajaj/CG/Wipro) in place of damaged lamp in existing light fittings on Trident Pole.

Supply and fixing of 415V, Porcelain Kit Kat Fuse unit of following current rating.

Supply & fixing 150 W LED flood-light fittings with IP66 protection along with all accessories (Make-Crompton Cat No. LFLN-150-CDL/60-M or quivalent model of Philips/Havells/Wipro/CG/Bajaj)

Lowering down & lifting up work of existing High Mast Tower light fitting for repairing work & lifting up after necessary repairing of existing damaged/non-functional flood light fitting after arranging necessary items like chain,small generator(in case of power failure) etc

Supply & fixing Driver for LED flood light fittings of 200 watt along with all accessories (Make - Philips/Bajaj/Wipro/CG)

Supply of 240V 60 W LED flood light luminarie complete with all accessories and equipped with IP66 Protection (Crompton Geaves-Cat no. TFS-504-60-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG or equivalent make of Philips/Bajaj//wipro) as per direction of E.I.C

Supply of 240V 20 W LED flood light luminarie complete with all accessories and equipped with IP65 Protection (Philips-Cat no.BVP101 LED20 CW FG GR PSU or equivalent make of Crompton Greaves/Bajaj//wipro) as per direction of E.I.C

Fixing only Floodlight fittings on top of masonary structure by 3 Nos. 10 mm dia x 87 mm long rag bolts, nuts & double washers complete either 37 mm x 10 mm MS flat support/or by other means as required. [20(b)/C-3]

Supplying and Fixing GI water proof looping cable box having hinged GI Top Cover having 4 mm thick with rubber gasket lining, railway type mechanical locking arrangement, earthing terminal with lug etc. of the following sizes as indicated below, Comprising of one 250 V, 15 A Kit-Kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator etc. (200 x 150 x 100mm )[H(5)/H-5]

Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] of following sizes on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed [1(a)/F2]

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish

From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc. [5(i)/F3]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : [7(C)/F4]
