SITC of ward suction unit (Suction controller and collection Jar-600 ml capacity) with posibility to configure required capacity collection jar and should meets the requirements as per BSEN ISO 10079-3:2009. The unit must designed to operate with the vaccum line of MGPS. The collection jar must accumpained with Vaccum regulator suitable for 0-14.7 psig with flow rate 0-55 Lmp (min) for operating temperature- 18°C to 50°C with ON/OFF facility. The collection jar should be transparent, made of high quality polycarbonate that can be autoclaved at 121°C for 20 minutes for reuse and provided with auto stop to avoid over spill and contaminatin of the suction source when the jar collection reached optimized level. The complete unit supplied with filter to protect the source and pipe line from bacterial contamination. Appropriate Test certificate/report of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The product should be CE ertified/CE marked. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

Compact and fully automatic manifold control system for oxygen services easy to maintain and use Designed with both safety and continuity of flow supply at a constant pressure via two banks of bottled gas cylinders with following status monitoring A- Bank in use (Green Indication) B- Empty bank (Red Indication) Control Panel should have built in LED display to indicate Normal, High & Low line pressure. SITC of compressed air filtration system and regulating system: one set of 3- stage filter the filters should be made of die cast aluminums housing with epoxy power paint on the outside and anodized surface treatment inside to prevent corrosion and ensure extra long life. The filters should have maximum contaminant removal efficiency with minimum pressure drop. Total 3-stage of filters should be used as mentioned below:- Stage1:- coalescing filters for general purpose protection removind liquid water and oil aerosol to 0.1 mg/cum (0.1 pm) and and particles down to 5 micro. Stage :- 2 particular filter for dust protection removing particles down to 1 micron. Stage:- 3 high efficiency coalescing filters, removing liquid water and oil aerosol to 0.01 mg / cum (0.01 pip) and particles down to 0.01 micron. Janatics regulator 1/2" or 3/4" to be installed for regulating the output air pressure. Appropriate Test Certificate/Report of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. SITC of Vacuum pump of single stage capacity minimum 3141 lpm/111 cfm (piston displacement) The pump should be suited for maximum working pressure of 29 inch mercury (730 mm mercury) The pump should be fitted with MS channel frame complete having vibration isolators with 1 Nos. silencers at vacuum pump discharge end. The pump should be air cooled 1 sets of isolation valve on return valve and filter should be provided with pumps. Drive Assembly The electrical drive for vacuum pump should consist of suitable TEFC induction motor operating at 1440 RPM and connected through a V-belt. The motor should be suited for 415 V+10% 50 HZ.3 Phase AC supply capacity : 7.5 HP of a reputed make vacuum switch vacuum switch of 0-760 mm range should be provided it should have both NO/NC contracts and suitable for 230 V 50 Hz . AC supply. The vacuum switch should be housed in weather proof casing with 3/8"BSP gas service connection at the bottom of the assembly. Vacuum Filter 1 Nos vacuum filters with drain valve. This filter should be non-ferrous and in line. including making PCC foundaton and fixing with bolts, anti vibration pad and making connections complete as required.Appropriate Test Certificate/Report of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. SITC of hot dipped galvanized ( inside and outside) and powder coated Air/vacuum receiver tank (as per IS: 7938-1976 and upto date amendment ) for compressed air system/vacuum system to dampen out pulsatin and condense and trap the moisture in the compressed air and also to let oil and other impurities settle down before air passes into the piping with safety valve Drain Valve Pressure gauge and fusible plugs of 1000 litres capacity complete as required including fixing with bolts and making connections complete as required.
