Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and to full depth as directed except in hard rock requiring blasting in-clusive of shoring, shuttering, and balling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and compacted depositing the surplus excavated soil within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with intial lead and lifts and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation with clean dry river sand in layers of not more than 150mm thick including cost and conveyance of sand and labour charges including filling, watering and compacting complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10(one cement five sand and ten aggregate) using Machine crushed/hand broken 40mm guage hard broken granite stone for foundation including dewatering and laid in layers of not more than 15cm.thick complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying in position of standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accodance with IS: 456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture ( Plasticiser / Super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5cum) 7730kg. Of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m 5156kg. Of 10-12mm mechine crushed stone jelly and with about ( 4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc. and excluding labour charges for pouring concrete in pile etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregate to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. ( No separate payment witll be made by the department for the excess usage of materials )

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS or HYSD with ISI mark steel bars for reinforced cement concrete works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for cleaning, tying and placing in position etc complete.

Centering for soffits of reinforced concrete slabs or plane surfaces like lintel,beam etc including strutting upto 3.23m height using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and BG 10: stiffened with MS angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm,laid over silver oalk (c.w) joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at at about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina posts of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c complying with standard specification and as directed.

Brick work using using Country Bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" X2-3/4" in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five crushed stone sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12 mm thickness mixed with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement used, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete including working in height.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 10 mm thickness mixed with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement used, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete including working in height.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in position M.S grills of approved design with one coat of red oxide primer including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Painting the new iron works two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality over one coat of primer including scrapping complying with standred specification.

Colour washing the plastering surface with best shell lime using fevicol,sodium chloride and colouring igments etc including prepartion of surface and neat finishing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Providing ,Supplying and fixing in postion of BITUMEN PAD 20mm for expanision joint including labour charges for cutting in to required size with requeired tools and olant etc, all complete as directed by the departmental officers
