Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work including dressing of sideand bed and disposing of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts upto all heights disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ( 1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping, etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (5.1) Foundation, footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete having strength of M-20 mixed design aggregate mechanically mixed and vibrated and curring complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete works including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (6.1) Foundations, footings, bases of column and the like and mass concrete.

Providing & laying cement concrete having strength of M-20 design mixed aggregate mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete in chajjas upto any thickness upto all heights i/c finishing the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) to give a smooth and even surface, centering/form work and curing complete excluding cost of reinforcement including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing Tor steel /TMT Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire upto all heights including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick / stone masonry for interior plastering upto all heights including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all heights including arises, Internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Applying Birla JK white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (i) In Wall /ceiling surface.

Finishing wall (two or more coats)with ready mixed weather proof exterior grade emulsion approved design(Apexultima)or its equilent on undecorated wall surfaces ( two coats) to give and even shade and final finishafter througly cleaning the surface complete including carriage of material in all lead and lifts .

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of material in all leads and lifts: (13.1) In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works i/c making holes & filling the same with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces eith enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters :-- Enamel paint other than white

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces/ ceiling or sloping surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (a) Priming coat with distemper primer. (Asian paint (Tractor Acrylic) Nerolac/Shalimar).

Providing and fixing Stainless steel railing complete as perv drawing design including entire carriage of material up to leads & Lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size )

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick wooden laminated class of use 31/23 having wear resistance level of AC-3 with a direct pressure laminate surface including profile, treated with aluminium side, flooring of approved colour and shade complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing in position phenol bonded bamboowood flooring with plans of size 14mm thick, 1800 mm length (minimum) and 130mm wide (minimum) in approved colour, texture and finish, having performance appreaisel certificate (PAC) issued by building materials & TEchnology promotion council (BMTPC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlaying of 4mm thick expanded poly ethylene foam sheets having density 40kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary uarter round planks of size 1900mm X 18mm and door reducer of size 1900mm X 44mm , whereever required. The bomboo wood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 kgf. with eco freindly UV coating, all coplete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing multilayred vinyl supports floor covering material available in sheets 1.5 m vide with compact closed cell foam backing glass fiber reinforcment vinyl performance layer embossed PVC wear layer and paited wood deisgn protected by a transparent wood grain embossed wear layer having standar BSEN-14904 2009 supports flooring with properties of O friction shock absorption vertical deformation and resistance to rolling road with special treatment have vertical ball behaviour no wax no polish for life sure clean and glass fibre grid re inforcement having over all thickness is 8.0mm having standard EN 428 with wear layers 1.50 (polaris footwork) mm having weight as per standard EN 430 is 5200gm/m2 available sheet size as per EN 426 standard having width 1.5mm and lenght 10mm covering surface area 15m2 as per standard BSEN 14904 having technical characterstics of friction 89 (pass), shock absorption P2 (Pass) vertical ball behaviour 98 % (pass) resistance to load 0mm (pass) specular reflectance 42 % specular gloss 17 (pass) resistance to identation 0.23mm (pass) as per standard EN 13501-1-2007 + a1 2009 fire Cfl-SI.
