Blower repair/Mtc. 4 Nos. with following work to be done/part replace : i) Disc plates - 16 Nos. ii) Bush - 16 Nos. iii) Bearing housing - 6 Nos. iv) Ring- 64 Nos. v)Shaft new making/casting with material vi) Shaft new making/casting with material vii)Ball bearing (SKF) size 22316 - 8 Nos. viii) Ball bearing (SKF) size 2316M - 4 Nos ix) Ball bearing (SKF) size 416M - 4 Nos x) Add cartage, Loading/unloading, labour charges of dismantling and re-assembling at site with all new spares a complete job .

Details of petty items for blowers :- i) V-Belt No. SPC-4750 (Fenner) 4 x 8 = 32 No. ii) Gear Oil No. 320 – 4 x 35 ltrs = 140ltrs iii) Nut& Bolt of required size 4x 20 Kg = 80Kg iv) Gas Kit champion 3mm thick 4 x 5mtrs = 20mtrs iv) Welding work at site as per requirement
