Periodic servicing of Rolling shutters for Two years and Replacement of sliding type gates or Rolling shutter with new Rolling shutters at ITFT, RandD Center, TMS.

Carrying out maintenance checks of rolling shutters of different sizes in ITFT, R&D including supply of consumables, approaching arrangement and replacement of worn out items supplied as per Sr. No. 2 or provided by department.

Gear type rolling shutters of size (WxH) ranges from 2120mm x 3150mm to 6660mm x 7400mm Total shutter - 5 Nos. Details are as per technical specification

Manually operated rolling shutters of size (WxH) ranges from 1350mm x 2500mm to 2130mm x 3500mm Total shutter - 2 Nos. Details are as per technical specification

Supply of spare parts/ accessories for maintenance of existing rolling shutters

G.I. Lath sections 80 mm wide & 1.2 mm thick with matching painting of existing shutter

Galvanised bottom lock plate of 3.15 mm thick reinforced with MS angle, pad locks, puling handles, etc. on both ends and both interior & exterior side.

C type GI guide channels 65 mm to 75 mm wide & 3.15 mm thick with supports complete.

Gear wheel of size varies from 8" dia. to 12" dia. for existing rolling shutter complete.

Spring of suitable size varies from 12" long to 24" long for existing rolling shutter shaft with necessary bolts & nuts.

Gear box complete set with gear wheel, handle etc. full assembly suit to existing shutter mechanism.

Top brackets plate 3.15 mm to 10 mm thick of suitable contour for existing rolling shutter with hold-fast complete.

Pad locks with pulling handles (lock pin assembly) for rolling shutter with necessary bolts & nuts.

Gear worm suit to existing shutter mechanism.

GI hood cover 1.2 mm thick of suitable contour for existing shutters.

Dismantling of 2 Nos. of existing Sliding type gates and 2 Nos. of rolling shutter and installation of new wind lock type Electrically operated shutters as per specification including maintenance for 1 year after expiry of guarantee period.

Supplying and fixing of electrically operated rolling shutters as per technical specification.

Supply and erection of supporting frame of suitable size and above for shutters with suitable height , including fixing with hilti make anchors , welding if required etc. Minimum size - ISMC 150

Dismantling of old sliding gate system in all respects and depositing the scrap in Central Store, TM site. Size : 5 Mtr x 6 Mtr.

Dismantling of existing worn out rolling shutter in all respects and depositing the scrap in Central Store, TM site. Size : 5.65 mtr x 6.3 Mtr - 1 no. and 6.66 Mtr x 7.4 Mtr. - 1 No.

Spare Electric motor of about 370 W suitable for load capacity 600-1000 kg, operating on 400/440 V, 3phase, 50 cycles AC for electrically operated rolling shutter i.e. suitable for Item No. 3.1.1 above.

Carrying out maintenance checks of rolling shutters after expiry of guarantee period of 1 year

Painting of existing shutters with one coat of zinc chromate primer (minimum thickness - 30 microns) and two or more finishing coats of approved make and shade synthetic enamel paint (one coat each of minimum thickness - 35 microns) to give even and uniform surface on both side of shutter. The total thickness of paint shall be more than 100 microns on each side.
