Demollition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) including floor tile ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick below or above G.L complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 ( using 40mm graded Stone aggregate) as in subbase, floor and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of flooring/tiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Plinth protection and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for glazed ceramic Coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement moratar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8 to 10mm thick double charged vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles over 15mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 here-in-before but as in skirting/dado but 10mm thick cement plaster1:4 as backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 to 12mm thick parking designer tiles of size n. exc 0.16 Sqm any colour and shape with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed on neat cement slurry as in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed with bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Make: DUROTA, JOHNSON (Endura) ETC.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles, pavers of any description or thickness laid dry or pointed in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 80mm thick machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block, Glossy finish any shape and size and colour confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade compacting and proper through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed. Make: ISI Marked as Approved by GE.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block, Glossy finish any shape and size and colour confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed. Make: ISI Marked as Approved by GE.

All as per item No 12 bit except paver blocks

M&L for sand/stone dust filling under floor watering and levelling to receive paver blocks.

M&L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded Stone aggregate) as in flooring kerbs, haunching, copping, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5mm thick solid PVC wall Panneling/lining any colour wood grains printed PVC sheet, pre laminated one side inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with 'L' beading of matching colour to all the corners /Jambs over PVC frame including dismantling of existing wall paneling including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed. Note: Colour, pattern and design as approved by GE

S&F PVC wall lining/Panneling consisting of 7 to 8 mm thick hollow section interlocking type fixed to wall any colour wood grains/ printed PVC sheet, pre laminated inclusive of solvent cement and fixing with hidden screws and all necesary corner/Jambs beadings complete including dismantling of existing wall paneling along with cover fillets, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Colour, pattern and design as approved by GE.

M & L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 50mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment Along the internal/ external wall anf floor junctions below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes with coloured CM 1:2 to match with the existing floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with CM 1:2 to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and plugging holes with CM 1:2 to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 200mm dia PVC (SWR) rainwater pipes single socketed in length laid in floors with rubber ring joints fixed with necessary brackets all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of external walls and applying one coat of weather coat exterior emulsion paint with roller including filling cracks/ depressions with putty/POP to make the adjacent surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering fare face of brick/stone masonry walls in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using exrtra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering fare face of brick/stone masonry walls in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed including taking down cement plaster on brick surface or stone including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of calk whiening (preparatory to distempering) white or tinted as approved all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of weather coat exterior emultion @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm white or tinted over a coat of primer as approved and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 18mm thick Rajshri PVC Celuka ply of both side laminated to make cabinet shutter/drawer front shutters complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engr in charge.

S & F auto closing hinges 35mm of 0 crank (KH-001) OR 8 crank (KH-002) openable at 110 degree for kitchen cabinets shutters. Make:KAFF/Hettich

S&F Stainless steel handles 100mm size or kitchen cabinets/ cub boards shutters as per specifications and as directed by the Engr in charge.
