Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. and segregation serviceable bricks, keep them staking for re use complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc,complete all as specified.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Struck pointing to squared rubble, coursed or uncoursed in Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, steps, plingth course, surface channel and drain or similar work including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair & even without using extra cement complete al as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or brick wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer of same make on walls complete all as specified.

Dismantling old wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provideded for etc. and remove materials from site of work complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debries out of MD land all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for racking out joints/pointing to brick work in walls or to brick on edge in floors surface channels roofs etc, work built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings in Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs punched tape concertina Coil of dia 410mm (15 Nos rounds) each coil to be stretched to 6 mtr length secured and fixed in position having minimum tensile strength of 1620 N/Sqmm of spacing steel core wire of size 2.60 mm complete all as directed. Make of concertina coil shall be as approved by AGE(I) before incorporation in work.

Description all as per srl item no. 13.00 here-in-before but refixing only in position properly using MS wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rates quoted allow for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete alll as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item no. 16.00 here-in-before but refixing only in position properly using old wire including restaining, resecuring including making good staples etc all as specified and directed

M & L for prepration of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and removing the debris to a distance not exc 2.5 Km from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC, 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, foundation, filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine made chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as specifed and directed. (Chain link fencing and line wire shall be paid at 'Supplied only' rates).

Supply only chain link fencing any mesh any size etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (Type C0, 1:3:6 (12.5mm graded aggregate) louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directede.
