Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm HBGS for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board officers.

1.5m to 4.5m below GL

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.

Providing PVC mould CI Steps for Sump service reservoir etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing in position of 0.60 x 0.60m water tight CI manhole frame and cove of approved pattern at the roof slab and as directed. The manhole frame and cover should be of light duty and confirming to IS: 1726-1974
