CLEANING AND SWEEPING OF E.T.I., BADMINTON HALL, M.D. AND DIRECTORS RESIDENCE, C.Z.E. OFFICE, CALL CENTER BUILDING, ROAD, DRAIN, ETC. AT VIDYUT NAGAR, HYDEL COLONY, VARANASI.

Providing cleaning & sweeping services at badminton hall, Electricity Training Institute(ETI) and it's campus, MD. and Director's residences, CZE office, hightech testing lab, call center & SCADA building and it's campus, hydel colony road and its side patari, out side canteen area, out side common area of residences of hydel colony including removal of cobwebs from rooms and corridors, dusting of furnitures, brooming of road and side patari with parking area including bathroom cleaning with phenyl, bleaching powder and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by E/I. (There are minimum deployment of sweeper is Eight in number. In which FOUR number of sweeper engaged to complete the aforesaid work before 9:00AM positively in all working days. The responsibility of the remaining four sweeper to complete the sweeping and cleaning of bathroom/ toilet, corridoor, stair and lobby etc. at least Two times in a day between 10:00 AM To 6:00PM and other necessary works shall be completed by the contractor as per direction of E/I.) including cleaning of dustbin and disposal of rubbish/garbage outside premises of M.D. Office/ETI/ Badminton Hall etc. as per direction of E/I.(The rate is exclusive of cleaning material and T&P cost) Term and Condition:- 1- Under special circumstances, it will be responsibility of contractor to engage the worker in office when office is in working beyond 6:00PM. 2- It will be responsibility of contractor to provide the uniform to each and every worker and it will be responsibility to check that his every worker is well dressed . 3- If any of contractor's worker is found absent from his work area, Rs.1000.00 per worker per day will be deducted as penality form the bill. 4- The age of deployed sweeper in not below the 18 years. 5- If any of the specified work areas are found untidy by E/I, then penality shall be imposed as per tender term and condition. In this case the decision of E/I is final and binding. 6- All sweeper's should be skilled in the work and the work should also be done in systematic manner like a gentleman. 7- The entry of all sweepers should be recorded in attendance register which is available in the reception/guard room. 8- Wages of sweeper has been calculated from the order of Labour Commissioner,Kanpur i.e. order no.386 enforcement (M.W.)/15 date-29.09.2025 that is Rs.423.88/day (without contractor profit). It is responsibility of the contractor to providing the salary to sweeper in the compliance of such order in the concerned sweeper . 9- It is responsibility of the contractor to follow the labour law which is applicable time to time. 10- It is responsibility of the contractor to complete the aforesaid work in sunday also. (if required)

Supply of cleaning materials, tools & T&P etc. such as Phenyl, Acid, Washing powder, Dasing broom, Stick broom, Harpic, Cleaning cloth, Wiper, Toilet brush, Phenyl tablet, Odonil, Jhaliya, good night for mosquto, handwash, handwash refill, tissue paper, colin for glass cleaner, sanitary fitting cleaner, toilet paper, soap, room freshener,etc. for proper completion of aforesaid work It no.(1) directed by E/I.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a hSEVEN of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cleaning of main drain or width more than 300 mm.including disposal of waste refuses sludge out side the board's area including washing and cleaning by clean water completely as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour,T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.(CSI No. 20.14)

Same as above in item No. 5 but for drain of width less than 300 mm.
