The bidder should have supplied the minimum, Laptop Computers of same make proposed in the last 2 years

The Tenderer should be the original equipment manu facturer (OEM) or An authorized dealer of OEM

Should be a Company registered under the Companies Act 1956 or partnership Act1932 and should be operating in India for the past five years

The Bidder should have minimum 2 Service Centers in the districtsin Karnataka (For the purpose of Service centers, bidders Own Service Centers or OEMs Service Centers also can be considered). Incase, the bidder is not having the requisite number of Service Centers as on Bid Submission date, the Bidder shall submit the Undertaking to establish the requisite Service Centers within 3 months from the date of supply and installation of equipment

The bidder should have executed minimumone Hardware Maintenance Project with more than 100 locations during the blast 5 years

The bidder should submit valid document any proof of GST registrat number and details income tax registration

The bidder should have positive networthineach of the last 3 audited financial year ending March 2018/ last three financial years

The bidder should have turnover of atleast INR Crores in each of the last 3 audited financial years2019-20,2020- 21,2021-22

The Bidder shall have robust Web based Infrastructure Maintenance and Tracking system/Ticketing system
