Taking down existing roof treatment of any description, any position with bituminous felt including plaster/loose concrete and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m but not exceeding 1000m and roughening the surfaces of old concrete by picking, scraping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove all dust etc complete specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L providing plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 ( 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in roof padding, to maintain proper slope on roof slab complete all as specified

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm over the RCC slab and sides complete all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces on RCC roof slab and parapets mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement shall be carried out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured under separate item of this schedule.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound ISI marked

M&L water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3.5kg per sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete. Shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal/vertical/slope surface on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall 70mm wide and 65mm deep and sweeping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) and making good in CM 1:3 after inserting membran into the groove complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth otherwise described and appplying two coat of aluminium paint @100ml per sqm over APP membrabe sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling corrugated / plain steel sheeting, FRP sheets any gauge , thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges complete all as directed.

Cleaning surfaces of RCC roof, AC sheet roofing, RCC chajjah , sides of parapet walls by uprooting the unwanted vegetation and scrapping with steel wire brush ,watering and weeping including proofing down the leonine trees over roofs and removing the derbis n. exc 250 to 500m distance, all as specified and as directed

Description all as per Item No 15 above but for AC sheet roof gutter of average width n.exc. 0.80M complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity 500 to 1000 ltrs setting aside ( or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc , repairs of platform and hoisting if required reconnecting and re- fixing in position complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as directed

M & L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) including raising height one complete all as specified and as directed.
