Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of washer Extractor of capacity 60 kg (minimum) dry weight of 100% cottons per charge. The machine shall be front loaded ,soft mounted , heavy duty and high spin . The technical specifications of the machine shall be as under; 1- Capacity dry weight per charge --- 60 kg 2- Cylinder size ---Not less than 617 lts. 3- Drive Motor---- Single motor with variable frequency Drive (VFD) for all precision speeds required for washing, distribution ,low and normal spin. The electric motor rating shall be as per OEM but not less than 9KW. 4- Cylinder Speeds ---- G- Force ≥375 or equivalent in rpm. 5- Loading door Opening ---- 650 mm (±5%)Diameter. SS Die pressed door along with pneumatic cylinder to lock the door electromechanically. 6- Water consumption ---- Not less than 250 Lts. per cycle 7- Steam consumption ---- 40 to 50 kg/hr approx.. 8- Micro Computer ---- Shall have fully customizable with programs capturing all the features for any tailored process. Further shall have automations to monitor water level, RPM and errors etc. 9- Outer Cabinet ---- The front, sides, top and bottom panels shall be made of stainless steel (SS304) with thickness of 1.2 to 1.6 mm.
