Railway reserves the right to procure bulk or entire quantity from the RDSO approved sources of Meta Aramid / Para Aramid Bellow Duct of LHB AC RMPU mentioned in specification of main assembly available in the hyper link of RDSO item ID 3100018001 of U-VAM, Roof mounted AC package unit of LHB variant AC coaches conforming to RDSO Specification No. RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC/0197-2020 (REV.- 1). Bidder is advised to attach RDSO approval along with their offer. Clause No.- 16.3 of Eastern Railway general tender condition is applicable.

EMD as per clause 8.0 of Eastern Railway General Tender Conditions.

Inspection Place: Proper address with PIN Code of the Place of Inspection along with proof as per Tender Condition must be mentioned.

Offer Validity: Offer must be valid for minimum 90 days from the date of tender opening.

Delivery from OEM's place: If you are dealer/authorized person, you are agreed to dispatch the stores directly from the manufacturer to the Railways consignee.

SPLITTING CLAUSE: The purchaser reserves the right to distribute the procurable quantity in one or more than one of the eligible tenderers as per clause 18.0 Eastern Railways General Tender Conditions.

Manufacturer's name month & Year of manufacturing should be indicated on the material or the packing of the material as per specification or feasibility as the case may be. Make/Brand of material should be embossed without affecting any functionality of item.

[i] Bank Account details for the purpose of payment shall be taken as appearing in the profile of the vendor in IREPS. In case, there is any change in the bank account details, vendors are advised to update their bank account details in their IREPS profile. Firm willing to avail benefit of micro and small enterprises, must submit documentary evidence of being micro or small enterprises for tendered item in the certificate issued by nodal agencies as per public procurement policy, failing which firm's status will be treated as Non-MSE firm.
