Excavation in foundation trenches etc in all classification of soil in dry or saturated condition upto any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required including stacking the serviceable material and unserviceable material separately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm(fifteen centimeter) layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts disposed material to be neatly dressed leveled as per instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ( one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth upto all level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts inclusive of octroi/royality/Malkhana toll tax/GST/labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5 mm ( thirty into thirty into five millimetre) size so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu reinforcement and plain concrete work in foundation footing and bases of columns etc and mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm (thirty eight millimetre)thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement:two sand:four graded crushed stone aggregate 12.5mm (twelve point five millimetre )nominal size) and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts inclusive of octroi/royality/Malkhana toll tax/GST/labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 kg. (one point seventy kilogramme)per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts inclusive of octroi/royality/Malkhana toll tax/GST/labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement :six sand) and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts inclusive of octroi/royality/Malkhana toll tax/GST/labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete work of grade M-20(M-twenty )design mix to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 20 N/mm2 (twenty Newton per millimetre square ) with minimum cement content of 340 kg (three hundred forty kilogramme ) per cubic metre mixed and vibrated mechanically, and curing complete to give a smooth and even surface including centering and shuttering etcetra but excluding cost of reinforcement in string course coping bed plates, anchor blocks plain window sills and the like Up to all floor level complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surfaces to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matter etcetera including sand papered smooth surface of ICI(Dulux Gloss) Nerolac, Berger(Luxol High Gloss) Asian Paints(Premium AP colite Gloss) shalimar make complete in all respect including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
