Electrical Utility Shifting work due to erection of Fly Over Bridge by railway in Atarra-Badausa Station under EDD, Atarra

The work of erection of 11 KV HT/LT Overhead/Underground Lines & 25/63/100/250/400 KVA Sub-Stations due to shifting of above lines/double poles due to construction of Fly Over Bridge in the meddle of Railway Crossing Atarra gate 476 Atarra-Badausa station on Atarra-Bisanda Marg fed from 33/11 KV Sub-Station, Atarra of EDSD, Atarra under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME 2024-25 under EDD, Atarra, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;-

Safe cartage of 11 Mtr. long ST poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work.

Safe cartage of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work.

Safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, G.I. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work.

Erection of SP structure on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Grouting of SP structure on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each).

Erection of DP structure on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Grouting of DP structure on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each).

Erection of SP structure on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms.

Fixing of earthing rod as per RESSPO manual.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Weasel/Dog Conductor on the newly erected pole due to shifting of line as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of LT ABC Cable (3x120+1x95+1x16 Sq.mm.) for erection of new LT Line due to shifting of line as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of LT PVC Cable 1x400 Sq.mm. for connection to T/F LT bushing to LT Cable as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying & Hanging of 11 KV 3x185 Sq.mm. XLPE cable with support of Wire & cable hanging U clamp of appropriate strenght in such a manner that cable does not get stressed i.e. to be clamped and hanged at many support. Cable hoisting and making loops at both ends are also included in the work. (All material related to such work except cable to be arranged by contractor at his own cost).

LAYING OF 11 KV 3x185 Sq.mm. XLPE Cable (RMT) BY HDD MACHINE ON HDPE PIPE WITH SUPPLY OF HDPE PIPE AND MAKING ALL SUITABLE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET THE WORK DONE. CABLE HOISTING AND MAKING LOOPS AT BOTH ENDS & DIGGING OF PIT 2x2x1 MTR. FOR LAYING OF CABLE ARE ALSO INCLUDES IN THE WORK. (All material arranged by contractor at his own cost related to work. Only XLPE Cable provided by department).

Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x185 Sq.mm. in cable trench, where trench is to be prepared by contractor. Making of trench with sand, concrete & bricks etc. (All material arranged by contractor at his own cost related to work. Only XLPE Cable provided by department).

Fixing of 11 KV Fuse set with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Fixing of 11 KV TPMO set with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Earthing complete by Gel/Chemical earthing of Mediam Power T/Fs (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Dismentling of old line due to shifting with all accessories and loading/unloading material from site to store.

Dismentling of old existing SP/DP structure due to shifting with all accessories and loading/unloading material from site to store.

Supply and erection/fixing of Stone Pad as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply and erection/commissioning of 3x185 Sq.mm. 11 KV Straight Throught Type Cable Jointing Kit (Cable Box) (as per site requirement) for 3x185 Sq.mm. XLPE cable and making all suitable arrangements to get the work done (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Construction of new 11/0.4 kV, 250/400 KVA Transformer plinth of size 2x2x1.5 M. above ground level and one ft. below the ground level of 9”. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly. After that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:5 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled up to one ft. below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shall be provided up to 6” from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done. One No. Jail of 12 mm MS tore shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement, sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of Supervising Engineer.

Construction of toe wall with wire mesh or Pale fencing & painting of Sub-Stations, detail of the work as given below :- 1- Construction of toe wall 9" wide 1' high above ground, all around the plinth/DP structure in 1:6 ratio of cement and coarse sand. The toe wall shall have pocket of 1200 mm size at the center of toe wall at appropriate places for grouting of MS Angle iron frames toe wall may very as per site conditions. 2- Grouting & fixing of MS Angle iron frame in 1:2:4 ratio of cement, stone grit & coarse sand and bolting the frames with at joining frames by 35x8 mm bolt with nut. The size of MS Angle Iron frame may very as per requirement of site. 3- Fabrication & Providing Gate in front of plinth/DP made in two leaves of size 900x1500 mm each. Each leave shall be made by MS Angle iron of 37x37x5 mm MS Angle and fitted with wire mesh or pale fencing of 18 SWG with the help of MS Strip of 35x5 mm size welded all around the frame. The leaves shall be fitted with hinges on MS Angle of size of 50x50x6 mm and shall have locking arrangement. Two gates shall be provided on such sub-station where more than one T/F are installed and that shall be counted two sub-stations. 4- Fixing & Grouting of main gate at S.No. 1.03 made of MS Angle iron frame of 37x37x5 mm and 50x50x6 mm in the ratio 1:2:4 of cement, stone grit & coarse sand in front of DP/Plinth and to provide arrangement for locking the fencing with provision of lock & key. 5- Plastering 10 mm thickness with cement, Mortar in ratio 1:4 cement and fine sand, including cost of all required material, labour & T&P etc. 6- Painting of entire metal works including wire mesh or pale fencing with super enameled primer coat of Red Oxide in two coats of British/Asian Paint thereafter painting of same work with dark blue super enameled paint in again two coats of British/Asian Paint. 7- Painting of Main Gate including wire mesh or pale fencing with super enameled primer coat of Red Oxide in two coats of British/Asian Paint thereafter painting of same work with dark blue super enameled paint in again two coats of British/Asian Paint. 8- Safe carriage of MS Angle iron frame from nearest S/S to site of work, labour cost including loading and unloading at both ends. 9- Safe carriage of MS Angle iron main gate from nearest S/S to site of work, labour cost including loading and unloading at both ends. 10- Supply of MS Clamp for MS Angle Iron frame with nut & Bolts, washer four clamp. 11- Supply of MS Angle Iron frame size of 37x37x5 mm for fixing of MS welded wire mesh 18 SWG or pale fencing made from MS Sheet size 1500 mm x 75 mm x 18 SWG with MS Strip of size 35x5 mm size of full frame.

Chopping of Tree Branches Coming in the vicinity of the lines during execution of the above works.

Safely shifting of medium power as 25/63/100/250/400 KVA transformers from the old ereted/existing single/double pole/plinth to new work/road side in proper alignment complete work, including the work of its cartage, loading & unloading at the respective ends and also installation of the same due to shifting of Lines/11 KV Sub-Stations.
