Repairing of 6”X 6” dia. 35 Nos. Centrifugal Water Pump

Dismantling the pump from the existing system, and dismantling the pump part wise for repairing.

Old impeller metalling, keyway making, boring, balancing and finishing as per requirement and fitting with volute casing.

Fitting of old shaft after metalling, turning, keyway making, cutting, finishing, balancing etc. as per requirement.

Fitting of new or old Gun Metal Bush after cutting, boring, reaming, drilling grease hole making, finishing etc. if necessary.

Bearing Housing boring, socketing & matching as per original Bearing size with supply of new socket with ancillary works.

Fitting of new Bearing with use of Bearing Puller.

Extracting of old stud, boring, threading the bore with supplying of matching new stud on the volute case cover as per direction.

Gland Flange boring & socket making as per impeller shaft size.

Making & supplying of C.I collar ring as per required size & fitting on the volute case and matching with impeller as per direction, volute casing boring as necessary.

Making & supplying of MS jam nut with lock washer as per sample.

Making & supplying of 5/8” Stud with nut.

Making & supplying of Tee bolt with nut of required size for Gland Flange.

Pump Body boring, socket making & fitting as per size with supply of new socket with ancillary works.

Assembling the pump totally with supplying and fitting of Gland Packing paper of required size and necessary nut and bolt (max. 4 no’s nut and bolt).

Fitting & Testing of the repaired pump in the system for coupling with the Electric Motor or Diesel Engine with proper alignment with nut & bolt.

CI star type coupler boring, key way making including supply of key, 3/8” bolt & nut and fitting with either Pump or Motor / Engine shaft. (CI coupler will be supplied by Department).

CI star type coupling 4 no’s boring for ½”X 2.5” Nut and bolt in each coupling for connecting through rubber belt coupling system with the supply of rubber belt, key way making including supply of key and fitting with either pump or motor /engine shaft. (CI coupler will be supplied by Department).

Carriage of defective Electro Motor Pump set with Base Plate & Coupler/Pump/Electric Motor from RLI Centre to the work shop and return back.

Motor Cover and Bearing Housing boring & socket making with supply of new socket as per required size & fitting of new/old Bearing.

Motor Rotor end Rings point welding with ancillary works.

Pump Body cast welding with ancillary works.

6” Plate Flange Welding

6” Pipe Cutting for jointing of Two Pipes.

Electro-Motor Pump set Base Plate welding.

Electro-Motor Pump set Base Plate cutting.

Impeller boring, key way making as original shaft size.

Making priming arrangement on the 90 deg. 150 mm M.S/C.I Bend pipe including supply of cap as per direction including welding etc. Complete.

Opening, making and threading of seat of priming nipple.

Making and supplying fitting of priming nipple as per sample.

Supply of Flat belt of size 8''X4" for fitting with the belt system of Iron coupling.

Supply of Flat belt of size 1/2''X"2" with nut and bolt for fitting the belt system of Iron coupling.

Add GST @18% On all above Items

Add Cess @ 1% on all above Items
