Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Firefighting system SITC at Anik Chembur Yard, MDL.

Preparation of Design & Drawings of entire Fire Fighting System, Fire Suppression and Fire Detection System as per the scope of work as per NFPA standards duly vetted and certified by the TPIA, which are registered under NABCB accredited bodies and submission to MDL for review & comments. Vendors to submit pre-fabrication drawings, proposed P/L Routes, Maps etc. as applicable to MDL & get it approved at site before start of work. After completion of work, vendor to submit As build & drawings for the overall system and also for individual Sheds in Auto CAD file and PDF, along with Hard copy 4 sets color drawing in A0/A1 size.

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of electrical motor driven main pump of Horizontal Centrifuge Split Case Type and capable to deliver 325 mtr3/hr against head of 100 Meter (to ensure a minimum pressure of 3.5 Kg/Sqcm at the farthest Hydrant) . Fire pump shall have C.I. casing, bronze impeller (hard finished and dynamically balanced) and S.S. (316) Shaft with mechanical seal. The installation shall be complete with necessary pressure gauge with gun metal shut off cock on delivery side. (The pump should be Factory Tested). The pump shall be coupled to Squirrel cage induction motor, TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase 50 HZ A.C supply, for the above pump with synchronous speed of 2900 / 1450 RPM, conforming to IP 55 protection & class F insulation. The motor shall conform to IS 325-1978 (up to date) and complete set shall mounted on common base frame. The quoted rate shall includes providing & fixing of coupling, coupling gaurd and Vibration isolator,flexible couplings ,RCC foundation( as recommended by manufacturer) and Foundation bolts etc. Pump shall be capable of furnishing not less than 150% of rated capacity at a head of not less than 65% of the rated head. The installation shall be complete with Flexible coupling and coupling guard, complete as required. Jockey pump shall be of stainless steel construction.The pump head and base shall be CI GG20 construction and impellers, diffusers, shaft sleeve, seal bush & pump. shaft shall be in SS 316 material. The pump shall be provided with mechanical seal. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of DIESEL ENGINE DRIVEN SRTAND BY set suitable for automatic operation consisting of the following: Horizontal centrifugal Split case Diesel Engine driven Stand By Fire Pump and capable to deliver 325 mtr3/hr against head of 100 Meter (to ensure a minimum pressure of 3.5 Kg/Sqcm at the farthest Hydrant) (The pump should be Factory Tested). Rate shall include Exhaust pipe of required length with Glass Wool lagging, muffler, day oil tank of 400 lts with first charge and manual oil pump set and emergency push button type stop for engine. The assembly to be firmly mounted to facilitate space for maintence, loading and unloading of the machines of pump room.

Supplying and fixing air vessel made of 250 mm dia, 8 mm thick MS sheet, 1200 mm in height with air release valve on top and flanged connection to riser, drain arrangement with 25 mm dia gun metal wheel valve with required accessories, pressure gauge and paintingwith synthetic enamel paint of approved shade as required.
