M& L for brick masonry valve chamber of internal dimension 1200 mm x 1200mm x 900mm with PCC 1:4:8 foundation, 230mm thick brick walls built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate coping 50mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surface(upto 150mm below ground level) including necessary excavation and earth work in any kind of soil, MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick alongwith angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm with locking arrangement and necessary fixing materials like hinges, bolts etc (Valve chamber cover shall be opended in two halves) and painting to MS cover and M.S.angle frame work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and 2 coats of white wash of the plastered surface of valve chamber both internally and externally (above GL) complete all as specified and directed.
